Cops from the 61st pct was at the location. It's unclear what the cause of death was but according to sources this is the second or 3rd body taken out this newly opened mens shelter. One cartel member told them he's on the FBI watch list . They stated the food isn't good and are in need of winter clothing. Also, they are looking for work and going nuts just hanging out all day with nothing to do . . Some residents in the area complained about quality of life issues due to 2000 migrants living there.
