I have absolutely no disrespect for this venerable young man, I am just a bit puzzled by the criteria, speed, quality, purpose, etc. of contemporary saints' canonization.

Carlo Acutis was an only child when he passed away. His mother knew her son was a very holy son and asked him to pray for her to have another child after he passed away. 4 years later, she gave birth to twins on the same exact day of his death! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

![Carlo Acutis, who died when he was 15 in 2006, is set to become the Catholic Church's first millenial saint. The announcement came after Pope Francis recognized a 2nd miracle linked to Acutis. Acutis died in 2006 after a battle with leukemia but made a name for himself for documenting miracles online which gave him the name "God's influencer." Acutis' body is on display in Assisi, Italy, which saw over 100,000 visitors in a year after he was beatified in 2020. The first miracle that was attributed to Acutis was in 2020 after a boy from Brazil was allegedly healed from a pancreatic birth defect after his mom prayed to Acutis. The second miracle was announced last week when a woman claimed she visited Acutis’s tomb after her daughter suffered brain damage from falling off a bike. She was told her daughter wouldn't survive but a CT scan "proved that her [daughter’s] hemorrhage had disappeared."
