Very small victory, IMO. These are STATE-CREATED voter lists of mail-elgible voter that each state much submit to DHS so they can enforce inegrity on that list. STILL NO ACCESS to state voter rolls. We should not give up until we get TOTAL CONTROL of those records. Here's a map of the states Trump is suing for the access. Just because a state VOTES RED does not mean the governor or the legislature cares about ELECTION SECURITY. The Oklahoma suit has been dropped. 🇺🇸 🇺🇸

The SAVE act not being passed - was the plan the whole time. No watered down legislation. Not true: The final USPS RULE isn’t written that way. DHS/SSA State Citizenship Lists (federal databases: citizenship/naturalization, SSA, SAVE, etc.) sent to states for the state’s use in eligibility checks. The state’s are completely in charge of who is on the list & they say are eligible. BUT - Harmeet warned them about sending to illegals. So if they are smart they will check the list. As far as USPS: states submit names and addresses of people they intend to send mail ballots to. USPS compiles/returns that information and will not accept ballots addressed to people not on the state’s submitted list. So USPS is acting as a gate on “did the state submit this person + barcode-compliant envelope,” not as a federal citizenship-filter using DHS/SSA lists. I’m not sure when they changed or if it was always misrepresented. The reasons the cheaters are throwing a fit is because they cannot drop fraudulent ballots in the mail. They also will get caught dropping extras in the drop boxes. Or ballots suddenly appearing/being found/showing up on late deliveries. At least not without some work. That they probably don’t have time to implement.
