🚨 BREAKING UPDATE: The US Postal Service has just infuriated Democrats by publishing a massive rule that requires states to provide lists of voters to the federal government, if those mail-in ballots are to be sent out — pursuant to President Trump's EO An ACTIVIST JUDGE has it BLOCKED, though! The proposed rule was filed so that it can IMMEDIATELY take effect if that block is lifted. "Any state that intends to receive mail-in or absentee ballots from individual voters through the Postal Service must ensure that such individuals have been enrolled with the Postal Service for inclusion on the state's Mail-In and Absentee Participation List," per Fox The rule will ensure stricter mail-in security 🇺🇸 Strike down the activist judge and secure the midterms!

#BREAKING: Hayes: “According to the NYTimes, the USPS has proposed a new rule that would allow it to REFUSE to deliver mail ballots in states that don’t turn over voter rolls to the federal government. That vaguely written rule released last week calls on states to compile lists of mail voters that postal service employees would use to screen ballots for eligibility. And if states refuse to comply, the post office could refuse to send their mail ballots. Can you imagine postal workers deputized by the Trump administration just refusing to deliver mail ballots to Californians? What about states that comply? Imagine postal workers at some place reviewing a state’s voter roll to determine who can vote and who can’t? Its unconstitutional, its chaotic, It’s maybe the wildest attempt yet to interfere in free and fair elections, short of course, of using federal agents to criminally investigate voting rights activists, to raid their office, maybe even perp walk them in for charges. That of course has been a classic old school tactic of election-rigging autocrats for generations around the world.” 😳

Trump's Executive Order on USPS & Mail-In Ballots could finally end rigged elections in California & beyond, regulating mail-in voting at the federal level. The EO puts states on the hook to accompany a list of the eligible voters that are going to vote federally and who they're going to provide mail-in ballots to and also adds a unique intelligent mail barcode for tracking. Trump's March 31, 2026 EO directs the Postmaster General to start proposed rulemaking within 60 days to create uniform national standards for mail-in and absentee ballots. Ballot envelope must be marked "Official Election Mail" with USPS-approved logo/markings. Must be automation-compatible with a unique Intelligent Mail barcode for tracking. Must pass USPS envelope design review for compliance. States must notify USPS at least 90 days before a federal election if they plan to use mail-in/absentee ballots via USPS. States must submit a list of eligible voters at least 60 days before the election. USPS shall not transmit mail-in or absentee ballots to anyone not on a State-specific list. USPS must create and maintain a "Mail-In and Absentee Participation List" for each state. Providing states with lists of enrolled individuals with unique barcode identifiers. All processes must comply with the Privacy Act. Final rule must be issued no later than 120 days from the EO date. This is a HUGE win for election integrity. JovanHuttonPulitzer

The U.S. Postal Service has proposed new rules that would require states to hand over data on voters who receive mail-in ballots for federal elections. It comes after President Trump signed an executive order earlier this year, tightening mail-in voting rules, with a stated goal of making elections more secure. But a new report says the most likely threats to election security this November come from other sources. Liz Landers has more.

Trump's Postmaster General Just Made a MASSIVE Announcement Ahead of the Midterms To Prevent Democrat Voter Fraud... The U.S. Postal Service WILL NOT Deliver Mail-In Ballots to states who refuse to comply with Trump’s Executive Order requiring them to provide lists of voters to ensure they are U.S. citizens. We've had enough with mass mail-in ballots coming in at 3am in Democrat cities after election day. It's time to secure our elections.

‼️ USPS will not deliver mail ballots unless states hand over their voter lists to the Trump administration, according to Postmaster General David Steiner. “You are going to make a decision that people cannot vote by mail,” Senator Gary Peters (D-Mich.) said. “That’s unacceptable.”

BREAKING: The Georgia State Election Board just voted to accept a proposed new rule that requires the Postal Service to provide tracking for mail-in ballots and chain of custody for undeliverable ballots So if/when fraud happens, we can now track it. AMAZING! "The board of registrars or absentee ballot clerk shall maintain for public inspection pursuant to O.C.G.A. 50-17-70 U.S. Postal Service tracking records for each ballot mailed to electors." This rule was proposed and presented to the board by election integrity expert David Cross, who was surprised to see the board actually vote 5-0

USPS’s proposed rule would restrict mail-in ballot delivery to states that do not submit lists of confidential voter information. If the rule stands as is, voters in those states won’t be able to vote by mail. “It’s basically putting a gun to the head of state election officials,” reporter Jim Saksa says.

President Trump's executive order on mail-in ballots is very simple: If states want to use the postal service in their elections, they need a bar code on the envelop, a postmark by election day, and to ensure the ballot was completed by a qualified registered voter.

Washington is back in court co-leading a lawsuit to defend our state’s safe and secure vote-by-mail system. On March 31, President Trump signed an unlawful executive order attempting to establish a national list of eligible voters and directing the U.S. Postal Service, an independent federal agency, to transmit mail ballots only to those on the list. But the President does not have authority to do that. The Constitution makes clear that states and Congress control how elections are run. Learn more here:

New York State Attorney General Letitia James has joined a coalition of attorneys general and the governor of Pennsylvania in suing the U.S. Postal Service to block a new rule that would give the agency control over mail-in voting in federal elections. Under the proposal, states would need to collect basic voter information, such as a person's name and home address, and enter it into a federal ballot mail portal before it can be accepted by the mail service. The attorneys general allege the rule illegally interferes with their constitutional authority to administer elections because it allows the USPS to reject mail. "The president of the United States voted by mail," James said in an interview with NY1's Errol Louis (@errollouis.bsky.social). "It is safe, it's secure, it's been used by a number of states and we're too close to the midterm elections for them to implement this rule, and that's why we are in court again seeking an immediate temporary restraining order stopping this chaos and confusion."
