"Lil Wayne is one of the best rapper of all time, there's no actual handbook, no actual gate keeper, no rap god to say that. He was a great rapper and throughout 2006 to like 2009, every damn verse he said, "I'm the best rapper alive." So what do we do,? We started saying, "Yo, Wayne is the best rapper alive." Because if you show it and you say it and you have the passion/confidence behind it everybody else going to believe it."
