BREAKING: Charlie Kirk’s Assassin Just Charged with 7 Counts including aggravated murder—Utah Prosecutors Seek Death Penalty Charlie Kirk’s assassin, Tyler Robinson, has just been formally charged with seven criminal counts...and Utah County Attorney Jeff Gray has confirmed the state WILL seek the death penalty. At a press conference moments ago, Gray read each charge out loud before filing the official notice of intent: “Count one: Aggravated murder, a capital offense, for intentionally or knowingly causing the death of Charlie Kirk under circumstances that created a great risk of death to others.” “Count two: Felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury. A first degree felony.” Gray said the state is applying aggravating factors to both counts, citing political motives and the presence of children. “The state is further alleging aggravating factors on counts one and two, because the defendant is believed to have targeted Charlie Kirk based on Charlie Kirk’s political expression, and did so knowing that children were present and would witness the homicide.” He then detailed the five additional charges: “Count three: Obstruction of justice, a second degree felony, for moving and concealing the rifle used in the shooting.” “Count four: Obstruction of justice, a second degree felony for disposing the clothing he wore during the shooting.” “Count five: Witness tampering, a third degree felony for directing his roommate to delete his incriminating texts.” “Count six: Witness tampering, a third degree felony for directing his roommate to stay silent if police questioned him.” “Count seven: Commission of a violent offense in the presence of a child, a class A misdemeanor for committing homicide, knowing that children were present and may have seen or heard the murder, and did so based on Charlie Kirk’s political expression.” “Also following the press conference, I am filing a notice of intent to seek the death penalty.” “I do not take this decision lightly, and it is a decision I have made independently, as county attorney, based solely on the available evidence and circumstances and nature of the crime.” He added that Robinson will remain held without bail in the Utah County Jail as the case proceeds.

***WCSO PRESS RELEASE*** Weld County Sheriff warning; inmate due to be released is a potential danger to the community [Weld County] Content Warning the videos in this press release may be disturbing to some viewers as they depict acts of violence. Both video clips were edited to redact personal identifiable features and information. Debisa Ephraim, 21, will be released from the Weld County jail today per Colorado statute. Competency was raised in two of his criminal cases, and the courts found in July of this year his competency could not be restored, and therefore he would not be able to stand trial. Ephraim was arrested on April 5, 2025 by the Greeley Police Department on suspicion of: •CRIMINAL ATTEMPT TO COMMIT (2ND DEG. MURDER)-Felony •1ST DEG. ASSAULT – Serious Bodily Injury-Felony •ENGAGING IN A RIOT-Misdemeanor The Greeley Police Department issued another arrest for a separate case on Ephraim on April 23, 2025 while he was still in-custody at the Weld County jail. These charges alleged: •MENACING-FELONY-AGG- NON-FAMILY – WEAPON-FELONY •1ST DEG BURGLARY - NO FORCE ENTRY – RESIDENCE-FELONY The first video in this post is believed to have occurred in the Fort Collins area a few weeks prior to the second video, which allegedly happened in Greeley. Although the videos in this post could not be authenticated, they were found on social media and given to law enforcement by one of the victim’s family members in the Greeley Police Dept’s case. “The state legislature and the Governor have continued to weaken the criminal justice system by handcuffing law enforcement, prosecutors and judges for the sake of criminals. Colorado HB24-1034 has created a crisis where very dangerous individuals are being released to the street to reoffend over and over, this is the latest example. I pray this individual doesn’t hurt another innocent victim but the public deserves to know of his past violent actions so they can protect themselves accordingly. God help this State,” said, Weld County Sheriff, Steve Reams.

Woman attacks Uber driver mid ride in NY. Unprovoked and violent: This dashcam footage captures the moment Jennifer Guilbeault pepper-sprayed her Uber driver, Shohel Mahmoud, in an unmotived attack on the Upper East Side. As the car approached a red light at E 65th St and Lexington Ave, Mahmoud began a quiet prayer in Arabic. Without warning, Guilbeault lunged from the backseat, dousing him in pepper spray while her companion tried to intervene to stop her. Mahmoud, momentarily blinded, struggled to stop the vehicle safely. The aftermath has been swift. Guilbeault was terminated from her job at a Manhattan marketing firm shortly after the video went public. Court Case Update (April 2026): Jennifer Guilbeault is currently facing serious felony charges in the New York State Supreme Court. Following an investigation by the Manhattan DA’s Hate Crimes Unit, she was indicted on: Assault in the Second Degree as a Hate Crime (Class C Felony) Assault in the Third Degree as a Hate Crime (Class E Felony) Aggravated Harassment in the Second Degree Prosecutors upgraded the charges to include hate crime designations based on evidence that the attack was motivated by the victim’s religious practice. If convicted of the top charge, she faces up to 15 years in prison. The case remains one of the most high-profile prosecutions involving the safety of rideshare workers in NYC. While I do believe this woman should be prosecuted as her attack was unwarranted, I'll be curious to see how they are trying to claim his religion was a driving force for her attack. I see zero evidence that religion has anything to do with it in clip made public. Is the claim valid, or is this another example of trying to push a narrative by pulling religion into this? We will need to revisit this one.

🚨REPORT: PATTERN OF VIOLENCE? Father Charged After 11-Year-Old Shot - Son Previously Arrested in Brutal St*bbing in Midlothian, Texas. A Midlothian family is now tied to multiple violent felony cases. Mark Robert Nienhuis, 37, is currently in custody at a hospital following a shooting that left an 11-year-old child injured. According to the Midlothian Police Department, he is facing aggravated As*ault with a Deadly Weapon Causing Serious Bodily Injury (1st Degree Felony) and EIGHT counts of Aggravated As*ault with a Deadly Weapon (2nd Degree Felony) Police say the incident began as a family altercation before escalating into gunfire. One round struck an 11-year-old child. (Christopher Nienhuis’ little sister). Investigators report that Mark Nienhuis left the scene, returned, and a second armed confrontation occurred before officers arrived. He was taken into custody after refusing commands while armed. This is not the first violent felony case tied to the Nienhuis name in Midlothian. Some of you may remember my exclusive reporting In 2025, when Christopher Robert Nienhuis, 18, was arrested and charged with two counts of Aggravated As*ault Causing Serious Bodily Injury with a Deadly Weapon (2nd Degree Felony) and one count of As*ault Causing Bodily Injury (Class A Misdemeanor). Christopher is the son of Mark Nienhuis. My past reporting and video showed Christopher verbally harassing a minor female in a public parking lot, repeatedly calling her a derogatory term more than a dozen times. The situation escalated when he slapped her in the face before pulling a knife and stabbing her boyfriend - 17-year-old Dylan Almanza - who had attempted to intervene. Almanza suffered severe injuries, including damage to his kidney and lungs, and significant blood loss before being transported between hospitals. Following that incident, activist Dominique Alexander publicly described the case as “self-defense” and has a pattern of framing similar incidents through that lens, usually claiming “racism” and turning the accused into victims. Recently, I exposed career criminal Dominque Alexander of NGAN (again) after reporting him to DPS for running a fraudulent security team for Karmelo Anthony. TX DPS found him in violation, which includes a charge and a fine. Christopher’s father, Mark Nienhuis, previously posted bond for his son following the 2025 arrest. However, Christopher’s bond was later revoked after he failed to comply with bond conditions, and he is currently back in custody. I have also obtained video footage showing Christopher Nienhuis making disturbing and inappropriate comments outside his school, which will be included in this reporting. Two separate incidents in one year.. the same family name now appearing in back-to-back violent cases. The investigation into the latest shooting remains ongoing. I will continue to follow this case closely and will provide updates once Mark Nienhuis is released from the hospital and additional court documents - including affidavits and records - are obtained. Stay tuned.

An illegal from Liberia who got caught smuggling illegals into America and sexually assaulting a child at a Valley school in Arizona was never deported 🚨 Instead, Arizona lowered his charges, gave him probation and gave him work authorization so he could legally work “Suspect, Abel Gblah, criminal history, including stints on probation at the federal and state levels, and repeated violations that never resulted in any prison time. But take a look at this statement from ICE, Immigration and Customs Enforcement. They tell 12 News that Gablas is a native and citizen of Liberia. That's a country in Africa. ICE says they are unable to take action on him until his current case is adjudicated. Let's take you back to 2019. Record of Abel Gblah picking up a criminal charge. Court records say Border Patrol agents caught him trying to transport migrants from down in Sierra Vista up here to Phoenix for money. Federal prosecutors offered him a plea deal, reducing his charge to what is being called Miss prison of a felony. He would be sentenced to five years on probation. He was never deported even after this felony conviction. And in an interesting twist, the probation department here in Maricopa County said Abel Gblah is, quote, legally residing in the US as a permanent resident and may live and work in the US. — If he pleads guilty to human smuggling, it's an automatic deportation. That is, there's no discretion for the immigration judge. He has to be removed from the country. So what the US Attorney's Office does sometimes is they allow a defendant to plead guilty to what's called misprison of a felony, which is just a generic felony that does not require Automatic removal from the United States. And that's what happened here.“

Hannah Payne was a witness to an accident where the driver Kenneth Herring 62 fled the scene, Hannah was told by another witness at the scene (an off duty police officer) to get the fleeing Herring’s tag number, during this time she is on the phone with a 911 dispatcher who instructed her to go back to the scene of the accident. The dispatcher had no insight into what Hannah was witnessing, she obviously saw enough for her to make a decision to stop his vehicle, I’m not sure if someone having a diabetic emergency would have the faculties to be combative, while I am not a doctor and have no expertise in this area, the act of fleeing and fighting someone that’s trying to help you would more likely be the actions of someone who is under the influence, but I digress. The toxicology report on Mr. Herring indicated no presence of alcohol or drugs. The fact that the jury never was given the alternate theory that Hannah was fearful of public safety and her own personal well-being should be grounds for a mistrial one would think and don’t get me started on States Attorney 🤪🙄 - Malice murder (Count 1) — Intentional murder with malice aforethought; this was the primary murder charge and carried the life sentence with possibility of parole. - Felony murder (Count 2) — Murder committed during the course of another felony (often merges into the malice murder conviction for sentencing purposes, so it didn't add separate time). - Aggravated assault — For the shooting itself, as an assault with a deadly weapon. - False imprisonment — For detaining/blocking Herring against his will during the confrontation. - Three counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime (or possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony) — Related to using the gun in the murder, aggravated assault, and false imprisonment. She was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole on the malice murder count, plus additional consecutive sentences (totaling life + 13 years) for the other charges (e.g., 8 years and 5 years mentioned in some reports for specific weapons/false imprisonment counts). This conviction is currently under appeal in the Georgia Supreme Court (as highlighted in the TikTok video you shared), primarily arguing ineffective assistance of counsel (e.g., failure to request jury instructions on self-defense, defense of others, or citizen's arrest). No new trial has been granted yet, and the recent hearing focused partly on fake/nonexistent case citations in the state's filings denying her motion for a new trial. At a time when people are getting probation or less for premeditated crimes and random acts of violets this just doesn’t sit right with me… I’m sorry

This dude thinks he is a tough guy as he assaults an officer right in front of his parents in their home. Meet Anish Lakhe, a resident on the 8900 block of Brandon Road. In Darien Illinois. Darien Police Department officers responded to a domestic-related emergency call at the Brandon Road home. Upon their arrival, Lakhe was actively resisting efforts the officers were making to manage the situation. The encounter quickly turned physical. Lakhe assaulted one of the responding officers , causing physical injury to the Darien police officer before he could be successfully restrained and placed in handcuffs. Lakhe was subsequently transported to the DuPage County Jail and faced severe felony charges, including: Two Counts of Aggravated Battery to a Peace Officer (Class 2 Felonies) Resisting a Peace Officer Causing Injury (Class 4 Felony) Domestic Battery (Class A Misdemeanor) Lakhe's legal troubles have not ended there and have further escalated. In early February 2026, Darien Police officers were dispatched right back to the exact same residence in the 8900 block of Brandon Road for yet another domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, officers made contact with a female complainant who exhibited visible bruising on her ankle. Lakhe was arrested once again at the scene and hit with a new round of criminal charges: Two Counts of Domestic Battery Interfering with the Reporting of Domestic Violence He was once again booked into the DuPage County Jail. Public records and the repeated police dispatches confirm that Lakhe continues to reside at the same family home with his parents on Brandon Road, where both violent domestic escalations have manifested. We will have to keep an eye on this to see what court results are. Soft on crime Illinois let him right back out on cashless bail.
