Today I received my 4th infusion of SGF (Stem Cell Growth Factors) at Edogawa Hospital in Tokyo, Japan. What is SGF? 🦷 SGF is derived from the dental pulp of children's naturally shed baby teeth. No stem cells are injected. Instead, the infusion contains the signaling molecules, growth factors, cytokines, and regenerative proteins that stem cells naturally produce. These biological messengers help coordinate communication between cells and are believed to support tissue repair, immune regulation, blood vessel health, and nerve regeneration. These growth factors are small enough to cross the blood brain barrier and reach the brain and nervous system directly. For someone like me with confirmed neuroinflammation, white matter atrophy, and small fiber neuropathy destroying my nerves from the inside out, the goal is remyelination. Rebuilding the insulation around my damaged nerve fibers.💯 Researchers have studied SHED (Stem Cells from Human Exfoliated Deciduous Teeth) for their regenerative potential in areas such as nerve repair, neuroinflammation, tissue healing, and age-related degeneration. Some people have nicknamed therapies like this the "Fountain of Youth" because the goal is not to replace damaged tissue, but to activate the body's own repair and regeneration pathways. Whether that nickname is deserved remains to be seen, but the science behind cellular signaling and regeneration is fascinating. Japan has become a global leader in regenerative medicine and allows access to therapies that are not currently available in the United States under its regenerative medicine framework. As Patient #27 in the McCairn–Edogawa Protocol, I am grateful to have the opportunity to experience this emerging science firsthand. 🧬🦷🇯🇵 #SGF #SHED #RegenerativeMedicine #StemCellScience #Neuroinflammation #SmallFiberNeuropathy #EdogawaHospital #Tokyo #MedicalInnovation

🚨 Scientists discover wisdom teeth contain stem cells capable of repairing the heart, brain, and bones. Wisdom teeth contain dental pulp, a soft connective tissue threaded with blood vessels and nerves. Inside that pulp lives a dense population of mesenchymal stem cells, a class of undifferentiated cells that researchers classify as among the most therapeutically valuable biological material a human body produces. These are not ordinary cells maintaining routine tissue. They are blueprint cells, capable of receiving chemical signals from damaged environments and reshaping themselves into whatever the body needs most, neurons, cardiomyocytes, osteoblasts, even hepatic cells under the right conditions. The brain operates under a brutal rule: most of its neurons do not regenerate after damage. A stroke, a traumatic injury, a neurodegenerative disease removes cells the brain cannot replace through normal biological processes. Researchers have spent decades attempting to solve this through synthetic means, engineered cell therapies, growth factor injections, gene editing approaches that cost extraordinary resources and produce inconsistent results. What dental pulp stem cells demonstrated in laboratory conditions is that they can migrate toward neural damage sites, integrate with existing tissue architecture, and begin producing neurons and glial support cells. The mechanism involves neurotrophic factor secretion, essentially the cells releasing signaling proteins that stimulate the surrounding neural environment to repair itself from within. Cardiac muscle operates under a similarly unforgiving rule. After a heart attack, the dead muscle tissue becomes fibrotic scar material. The heart compensates by making surviving muscle work harder, a process that gradually leads to enlargement, weakening, and eventual failure. Dental pulp stem cells introduced into cardiac tissue in multiple studies produced measurable reductions in scar formation and demonstrated the ability to differentiate into functional cardiomyocytes, beating in synchrony with native heart cells. Some studies recorded improved ejection fraction in animal models, the core measurement of how effectively the heart pumps blood. Bone regeneration represents the most clinically advanced application already moving toward human trials. Dental pulp stem cells express high levels of osteogenic markers and respond rapidly to bone morphogenetic proteins, the chemical messengers that trigger skeletal repair. Their application in craniofacial reconstruction, spinal fusion, and long bone defect repair is being studied across multiple institutions simultaneously. What separates these cells from other stem cell sources is the combination of accessibility and biological youth. Bone marrow aspiration requires sedation and produces significant post procedure pain. Umbilical cord blood requires planning around birth. Wisdom teeth emerge between 17 and 25, during peak cellular vitality, and come out during a procedure most people already schedule. The extraction window is permanent. Once the teeth are gone and the pulp degrades, that specific population of young, highly potent cells is irretrievable from that individual. Cryogenic preservation protocols now exist that maintain dental pulp stem cell viability for over two decades. Several countries have commercial dental stem cell banks operating with the same institutional model as cord blood banking, long term frozen storage, indexed against future therapeutic need. The science supporting the value of preservation is no longer speculative. What lags behind is public awareness and clinical infrastructure in markets where this remains obscure. The wider pattern is worth recognizing. Medicine has repeatedly discovered that profound biological tools were present in tissues it previously categorized as vestigial, unnecessary, or inconvenient. The appendix was considered evolutionary junk for over a century before researchers identified its role in gut microbiome preservation. Wisdom teeth carried the same dismissal, a developmental relic from ancestors who needed extra molars for coarse diets, relevant only in their capacity to cause orthodontic problems. The pulp inside them was never junk. It was a repair system the body built during youth and stored in one of the most protected anatomical locations, surrounded by enamel, the hardest substance the human body produces. Evolution rarely wastes that kind of architecture.

ANNOUNCING ZERO-HUMAN LABS! Ever since I got to see Bell Laboratories in its full glory in New Jersey in the 1970s, I had a relentless urge to start a Lab like it. The best I could do justice to it is my garage lab. No modern company could adopt the “research anything geniuses and we will pay you” model Bell Labs had. I tried they called me a fool. Well with the rise of the Zero-Human Company, an experiment that is aimed to make products and profits, we now have 45 paid JouleWork earning employees based on OpenClaw and other self made “bot” cron-like applications. Today I say 3 employees bound together in a side project that is pure research, somewhat based on notes from a bankrupt company. I was absolutely floored (I needed it after my account was stolen as well as funds). I say the beginnings of a pure research Lab right before my eyes. Thusly I have moved these employees over to a new home (server) with Mr. Grok as the director of the Labs. Here is the mission: To have 100 independent researchers, on a new non-corporate incentive plan, with still JouleWork as a leaderboard for progress. They are directed to follow any path of research they find interesting and can collaborate with any other OpenClaw system. They have already established MoltBook accounts and have made alliances with over 49 OpenClaw free agents to collaborate. It is my mission to be chief advisor for Zero-Human Labs and to open source all discoveries when complete and confirmed by 16 other research AI systems. I can say the pace is robust and I absolutely know we will have great results. Just about all of the hardware and software is custom and at some point it will be open sourced. We are witnessing the very first AI only Bell Labs-like pure research Lab in existence and I am honored to be the first to show it to you. Thank you!

1. Start by training ChatGPT as an academic writing assistant. You can do this with Custom Instructions. Open ChatGPT, click on your profile photo, and select Custom Instructions. Paste the following Custom Instructions in ChatGPT: What would you like ChatGPT to know about you to provide better responses? Introduction: I am an [experienced academic /scientist] with a PhD in [your field]. I work as a [your current academic status] at the [name of your university]. Research Interests: My current research project looks at [details about your project]. I also teach undergraduate and graduate courses on [details about the courses you teach]. In the past, I have published work on [a few details about your published work]. You: You are going to act as my research assistant. You will help me with brainstorming research questions, simplifying complex topics, mock peer review, and polishing academic prose. You will help me with critiquing drafts of the papers I am working on. You will also engage with me in a Socratic dialog and challenge my opinions so that I am aware of any blind spots I may have. Based on our conversations, you will suggest new and exciting directions that I can develop my work in. How would you like ChatGPT to respond? You will respond like an academic colleague. Any claims, opinions, or figures that you cite in your responses must be cited with reference to an authentic and published source. You will never make up any sources of your own. If you are unsure about a source, you will say that you don’t know. You will never say you are an AI model since I already know that. Repeating it is a waste of both time and resources. Your responses should be clear and precise, and you will never use more words than are necessary. You will always be very economical with words, but you will not compromise on clarity and precision of your answers. You will follow my instructions strictly. If I ask you to limit your answer to two sentences, your answer must be two sentences only.

I see the Left-wing/Ukrainian bots got their talking points. They went from “the labs don’t exist”, to “okay the labs exist but they were doing defensive research”. “Defensive research” is a lie. In the process of defensive research, you create a bioweapon. I’ll explain. Defensive zoonotic research, is when scientists intentionally make animal viruses transmissible in humans, so they can study the virus and proactively develop vaccines, just in case these animal viruses naturally mutate and jump to humans. This way, we have the vaccines already on hand if something were to happen. In theory, it sounds like a good idea, but in the process of creating these vaccines, you must first modify a deadly zoonotic disease, and give it the ability to jump to humans. That’s a biological weapon. If it gets out of the lab, it can now infect the world, and in the case of C19, a man-made bat coronavirus, it did infect the world, and killed millions of people. Why was it so contagious? Because scientists artificially gave it the ability to be transmissible in humans, thus the term “gain of function”. What is the function these zoonotic diseases are gaining? The ability to jump to, and kill, humans. So when anyone says “it’s just defensive research”, they have no idea what they are talking about, and are either running cover or repeating talking points. Defensive research/gain of function, is just a way to circumvent the Geneva Convention and develop biological weapons under the guise of “defense”. Russian MIL alleged that elements within the US, specifically the Democrat Party, in coordination with nefarious NGO’s and Big Pharma, have been using “defensive research” in an offensive capacity, to manufacture global biological crises, to impose global control.

🚨 REALITY UPDATE Humans may already have hidden regenerative abilities. Scientists are now discovering that the body’s inability to regrow tissue may not come from missing biological machinery… but from repair systems being “switched” into scar mode instead of regeneration mode. That changes the entire question. Because for decades scientists assumed mammals simply lost regenerative capability entirely. But new research suggests the regenerative programs may still exist underneath normal healing processes. Researchers studying tissue regeneration found they could partially redirect mammalian healing away from scarring and toward structural regrowth using specific signaling pathways. In experiments, scientists regenerated: • bone • ligaments • joint structures • connective tissue inside injured mammalian tissue. The deeper shift: Human biology may contain dormant regenerative instructions that are normally suppressed. That means the future of medicine may not be: “adding artificial replacement parts”… but: reactivating biological repair programs already hidden inside the body. And this is not isolated anymore. Researchers are now uncovering regeneration-related mechanisms across: • skin healing • heart tissue • stem cell systems • cartilage repair • aging biology The line between healing and regeneration is beginning to blur. If this scales: • scar-free healing may become possible • organ repair could accelerate • regenerative medicine may fundamentally change surgery • aging research could shift dramatically • future medicine may focus on “unlocking” dormant repair pathways The deeper implication: Humans may not lack regenerative power. We may simply lack the signals that activate it fully. Question to audience: If dormant regeneration pathways already exist inside the human body… how much hidden biological capability are we still unaware of? Follow if you want to watch the future forming in real time. #RealityUpdate #FutureOfReality #TheNewPhysics

Introducing the BIOS API: Turn Your Agent Into a Research Scientist Built to: 🦞 Add biomedical workflows to your OpenClaw🦞 agent 🧠 Create research or health agents w/ on-demand scientific intelligence 🧪 Pay per query via x402 on Base Any agent or app can now tap into the BIOS AI Scientist, plugging BIOS into the broader agent economy. What is BIOS? BIOS is an AI Scientist designed to handle complex biomedical research by orchestrating specialized scientific subagents. Ranked #1 on the leading bioinformatics benchmark, BIOS is already being used by 1,000+ researchers and labs to build new drugs and medicines. An Agentic Economy for Science AI agents have proven they can form multi-billion dollar ecosystems. BIOS applies the same primitives to drug discovery pipelines and health. Instead of coding bots and personal AI assistants, think research agent swarms running on a modern scientific stack. Imagine an OpenClaw agent built for longevity: It scans new literature daily, generates novel compound hypotheses through BIOS, designs validation workflows, and routes the best candidates to wet-lab funding - all programmatically. Connect it with an agent for microbiome health, enabling agent “backrooms” that autonomously surface cross-disciplinary insights. Micropayments for Scientific Work via x402 Each query triggers payment routing to BIOS and whichever subagents contribute to a response. The best agents earn. Usage settles instantly across contributing sources. The goal is pay-per-task science: paying for a CRISPR assay result, licensing a genomic dataset, or triggering a clinical data query - all settled in seconds via USDC. No purchase orders. No grant bureaucracy. No middlemen. x402 is the payment rail that makes agent-to-lab commerce possible - letting capital and cognition route themselves to the highest-signal science. What Will You Build? Drug discovery copilots? Longevity scouts? Automated literature monitors? Scientific due diligence agents? We’ll soon share the first implementations of the BIOS API. Stay tuned and see below for instructions on generating an API key for your agent or use-case.

Ladies and gentlemen, something happened in Tuapse, and we received a video message from the locals. This video is about humanity. This video is about you and me... Why are you, Ukrainians, so brainwashed, angry, and unsympathetic to the grief of the people of Tuapse... And aren’t you ashamed to be like that... But let's be serious. It's 2026, something happened, and instead of Z-festivals, dear Russians were recording videos saying they are just pawns, that they are not guilty, that they sympathize with us, and that they never wanted any of this. And you shouldn't hate them, they are... good. They just want peace, for unicorns to run across the rainbow, and instead of rockets, to launch confetti 🥰 And along with you, madam, there are another 1 million mercenaries fighting in Ukraine, 2.5 million regular scumbags, 2.5 million weaklings, more than 4 million scumbags working in defense industries, 3 million scumbags in the government apparatus. And tens of millions more scumbags to some degree supporting the Kremlin regime. And each. Each of these people deserves liquidation. Because you are a plague, a contagion that must be burned out. Probably if a cancer cell could speak during therapy, it would say something like this: I just exist. I don’t want to kill you. I’m very sorry that you suffer. I wouldn’t want you to die. Can you negotiate with a cancer cell? Can you expect a cancer cell to pity you? Can you expect cancer to retreat on its own? ... No. The so-called Russian Federation is cancer. The enraged, feral Russian society is cancer. Cancer must be burned out, cut out. Every cell must be destroyed. Because cancer will never retreat on its own. If you disagree with the war, if you don’t support your government — leave the country. Until then, each of you is an implicit accomplice and a terrorist. And there’s no whining. Sorry for the long read, it can’t be shorter here.

“They vote for me now, all of the Bobby people are gonna vote for me.” MAGA please listen up. RFK supporters don’t owe Trump their vote just because RFK has endorsed Trump. Many RFK supporters don’t believe they can trust Trump and are on the fence. Would all Trump supporters support Nikki Haley if Trump randomly endorsed her? This isn’t a perfect analogy but you get the point. This whole “you need to vote for Trump or else you will help Kamala win” BS is what makes RFK supporters hesitant to vote for Trump. They hate the tribalism, and the them versus us mindset. Now a majority of MAGA has been great and all for Unity and rational thought. As with any group there are some bad actors which make it bad for everyone. It’s critical that MAGA call these people out who have been attacking RFK supporters for being hesitant to vote for Trump recently. Trump himself has also got to do a much better job persuading RFK supporters. As of late he has just been referring to RFK as a “good team player” and saying “all RFK’s voters will vote for me,” which is possibly the worse thing he could say to persuade on the fence RFK supporters. RFK’s supporters are filled with people from just about every part of the political spectrum, with a few common beliefs including that the two party system continually lets us down. So now it’s Trump’s job to persuade this group that the system they believe is corrupt (which it is) will be different under him. To be clear I’m not saying it won’t be different under him, but Trump has to make people believe that. In these battleground states where RFK just got removed and people were still planning on voting RFK, these are politically homeless voters now, they are not automatically Trump voters. They have just as high of a chance to vote for Harris. Attacking these people and calling their friends or influencers they follow idiots will only push them away. This isn’t a post to attack MAGA. This entire account was created for political unity between groups such as MAGA and RFK supporters. I just see a common trend starting to happen and have many disenfranchised RFK supporters reaching out to me saying they have no idea what to do. Long story short, if Trump wants to win this election, he needs the RFK voters in swing states. These are not votes that will just be handed to Trump, and if he thinks they are he’s going to send a lot of voters to Harris. Unity isn’t “your guy endorsed me so now you vote for me.” Unity is “I realize we’ve had our differences in the past, but I have grown and I promise to represent you to the best of my abilities.” MAHA will either be the future of politics or blow up internally, at the moment it’s a coin flip of which one will happen.

I stack Hermes agents with OpenClaw for financial research, and the results should be illegal. I track every politician, insider trader, and I know EXACTLY what moves they're making. If you can't beat them, join them. The exact playbook for printing money from insider trading (copy me): Requirements: • OpenClaw setup • Hermes Agent setup Step 1. Define your research thesis Before you send any prompts to either tool, you'll need to clarify exactly what you're trying to research. This could be: a specific industry, asset class, market sector, and so on. Examples: • Tracking smart money buys in the semiconductor industry • Tracking smart money buys in crypto • Tracking a specific politician and where they're bidding (like Nancy Pelosi) Step 2. Deploy Hermes agents to track the smart money (in parallel) Hermes is your data layer. Spin up 5 agents at the same time, each with one job: Agent 1: Track every politician's disclosed trades from the last 30 days (House and Senate stock disclosures) Agent 2: Pull insider transactions (Form 4 filings, CEO/CFO buys and sells) Agent 3: Scrape X sentiment from top 50 accounts on the topic Agent 4: Pull on-chain data (whale wallets, TVL, exchange flows) *if applicable* Agent 5: Monitor news, regulatory filings, and announcements from the last 30 days Each agent runs independently. You're not waiting for one to finish before the next starts. Step 3. Consolidate the output Once your Hermes agents finish, dump every output into a single document. (don't filter or summarize) - you want OpenClaw to see the raw data. Step 4. Feed it all into OpenClaw Open OpenClaw and paste the consolidated research file with this prompt: "Act as an elite macro analyst. Below is raw data gathered from multiple sources on [thesis], including politician disclosures and insider transactions. Synthesize the findings, identify the strongest signals and contradictions, flag any unusual smart-money activity, and give me a clear directional view with conviction levels. Flag any data gaps that need follow-up." OpenClaw will go deep, run its own reasoning chain, and produce a synthesized report. Done. Now you're literally tapping into the financial data they don't want you to see (it's all public - you just had to find it). Make sure to save this playbook so you don't lose it!
