If you listened to what she said there, you would think it’s well established that a law like Colorado’s law banning large-capacity magazines is blatantly unconstitutional. She could not be further from the truth. She mentioned the Heller case. Justice Scalia says reasonable restrictions on gun ownership are appropriate.
