Tina is at stage 3 (at least) Kidney failure and that brings a lot of problems. The itching being one of them. She is also now on blood pressure medicines, special diets and a drip as often as I can get her on it (to spare the kidneys). No stone being left unturned

This woman lives in an HOA community. The HOA provides free doggy bags at the park. She goes by and takes a handful of the plastic bags to use at home. Why buy plastic bags when you can take a walk and get them for free? You can get 4 rolls for $1 at the dollar store. How cheap can you be? Some are saying this is underhanded and wrong.
