Twitter initially resisted complying with the search warrant, arguing that the order violated Trump’s constitutional right to free speech. This resulted in a federal judge holding the company in contempt and fining it $350,000. 3. SPACE X: The DOJ sued SpaceX for discriminating against refugees in the company’s hiring process. They claim the company discourages refugees from applying for positions, giving their applications unfair consideration and refusing to hire them even if they were deemed qualified applicants. Elon is lifting up conspiracy theorists and criminals, giving them his platform while admitting it will be bad for business. Free speech does not apply to social media and companies. NEW: The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to seek sanctions against Elon Musk for failing to appear for court-ordered testimony for his Twitter takeover. The Swamp doesn't like it when they can't control what you say. The SEC is investigating whether or not Musk "broke federal securities laws" when he bought Twitter in 2022. "In a court filing, the SEC said the sanctions motion would seek an order to show cause for why Musk should not be held in civil contempt for waiting until just three hours before the scheduled Sept. 10 testimony to advise he would not appear," Reuters reported. The Babylon Bee is fighting censorship. In their new documentary, to cover the issues they faced, along with how Elon is being constantly attacked for his stance on free speech. Elon Musk is fighting this battle in the European Union and Brazil. Governments are trying to force X to remove content that they disapprove of, which counters govt approved narratives. The situation in Brazil is getting ugly, with X and Elon Musk fighting for the right of the people of Brazil to voice their free speech. The problem, though, is that the highest court in the land says that some of this free speech is not legal speech. Musk doesn't get enough credit for his free speech advocacy, but at the same time, he did say that X will obey the laws of the countries where people reside. So who should decide if speech is or is not in line with the laws of Brazil? Should it be Elon Musk and his lawyers or should it be the highest court in Brazil? Even if they are misinterpreting their own laws, who should decide that? What are your thoughts?

At the same time he flies around meeting world leaders who supposed not to like his platform 'disinformation' yet drool over him, even interview him like Sunak, and promote him for propaganda like Netanyahu. Here Musk-groupie Joe Rogan buys the lie that all of the above is true, that Musk is a genius, and likens him to an 'alien'. It is not possible to do all of these things - and more - at the same time and he obviously doesn't. It's all part of the making of the myth that is Elon Musk. The question is why?
