What the fuck have you done in 44 years as a goddam politician, asshole? Chuck Schumer has been a U.S. Senator from New York since 1999. He became the senior senator from New York in 2001 after Daniel Patrick Moynihan retired. Previously, he was a U.S. Representative from New York from 1981 to 1999. Therefore, he has been actively involved in politics for over 44 years, and a Senator for over 26 years.
