💢 Strikes hit Iraq’s north, PMF base in Kirkuk and targets in Duhok Airstrikes hit a Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) site in Kirkuk, killing at least three fighters and wounding four others, according to a PMF statement. Other reports cited by Al Jazeera put the toll at three killed and up to seven wounded. U.S. and Israeli forces have repeatedly struck the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF), a state-affiliated paramilitary network operating under the Iraqi government, in recent weeks, killing dozens of fighters. The PMF said the Northern and East Tigris Operations Command headquarters was struck in three separate airstrikes. Separately, explosions and gunfire were reported in Duhok, where strikes targeted the residence of Kurdistan Region President Nechirvan Barzani—a rare escalation in the northern region near the Syrian border. Iran’s IRGC quickly condemned the Duhok strike, calling it a “terrorist act” by U.S. and Israeli forces and warning of efforts to destabilize the region. The rapid condemnation is notable given Iran has recently carried out strikes against armed Kurdish separatist groups in Iraq. Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia’ al-Sudani said the government would not allow “outlaw actors, whether regional or international, to drag Iraq into the ongoing conflict in the region.” (🎥 Videos 1–2 show Kirkuk; Video 3 shows Dohuk)

BREAKING: Iran has reportedly struck the BAPCO oil refinery in Bahrain while launching missile and drone attacks against U.S. military assets in Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan, and Iraq. Iranian drones also reportedly destroyed a $5 million U.S. HIMARS launcher in Kuwait, marking Tehran's largest coordinated assault since the collapse of the MoU. The offensive follows heavy U.S. strikes across southern Iran, where Iranian state media says American forces targeted six civilian bridges, a major railway station, a telecommunications tower, and a civilian airport in Hormozgan Province and Chabahar. The strikes reportedly killed and injured civilians and severed key transport links around Bandar Abbas. The attacks came just hours after the IRGC warned that any U.S. strike on Iranian infrastructure would be met with the destruction of "every last piece of infrastructure" across the region, while the Houthis reiterated threats to shut the Bab al-Mandab Strait. Reports indicate the U.S. military base in Kuwait is on fire following the strikes. In Qatar, reports claim Iranian missiles struck Al Duhail Camp on the outskirts of Doha, with loud explosions reported across the capital. In Bahrain, reports also claim missiles hit Hamala Camp, which houses U.S. forces, as well as another U.S. military installation. Two U.S. AH-64 Apache helicopters were seen operating over Bahrain during the latest drone attacks. Arabic media further reports an Iranian missile struck the King Fahd Causeway linking Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, with ambulances and emergency crews dispatched to the scene. 1. Smoke rises from Bahrain's BAPCO refinery following reported Iranian strike 2. U.S. strikes damage bridges and transport infrastructure in southern Iran 3. Reported Iranian missile strike on Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar 4. Heavy reported Iranian strikes target U.S. military sites in Bahrain

🚨🇮🇶🇺🇸🇮🇷 BREAKING: Drone pierces Baghdad's defenses and hits U.S. diplomatic compound Six drones were launched at the Baghdad Diplomatic Support Center today. Five were shot down. The sixth got through and struck near a guard tower at one of the largest American diplomatic facilities in Iraq. The attack was likely carried out by Iran-backed Iraqi militias and underscores a brutal reality the Pentagon is still grappling with: 140 servicemembers wounded, 7 dead, embassies hit in Kuwait, Dubai, and Riyadh, and now the Baghdad compound breached. The damage assessment on the Riyadh embassy is particularly telling. Parts of the building are "unrecoverable" and have been permanently sealed off. The CIA's station on the top floor was destroyed. The U.S. can flatten every IRGC headquarters in Iran, but it can't secure its own embassies across the region from $50,000 drones. That asymmetry is the defining feature of this war, and twelve days in, Washington still hasn't solved it. Source: Washington Post / War Reporter

🚨 BREAKING UPDATE: The US military carried out “SELF DEFENSE STRIKES” on Iran’s Qeshm Island, before Iran launched missiles at US military installations in the region NO US servicemembers were injured, thank God. One of the Iranian missiles seems to have BROKEN APART in the air, causing burning shrapnel to rain down on Kuwait Full statement from CENTCOM: “U.S. forces successfully defeated multiple Iranian ballistic missiles and drones, and conducted self-defense strikes on Qeshm Island in response to attempted attacks by Iran across the Middle East, June 2. Iran launched several ballistic missiles toward regional neighbors; however, all failed to hit their intended targets. Two Iranian missiles fired at Kuwait fell short or broke apart enroute, and three missiles launched at Bahrain were immediately intercepted by U.S. and Bahrain air defense forces. Moments earlier, U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) forces shot down three one-way attack drones launched by Iran toward civilian mariners that were rightfully transiting regional waters. American forces also conducted self-defense strikes on an Iranian military ground control station on Qeshm Island.”
