BREAKING South Mugirango MP Sylvanus Osoro APOLOGISES for disrupting a function organised by Kisii Governor Simba Arati. Chaos in Nyakembene left several people injured. Osoro now says there is a need for peace in the region. Arati has REJECTED reconciliation meeting organised by CS Machogu.
