🇺🇸 Another one from SpaceX! Falcon 9 just roared off from Vandenberg carrying the latest Starlink Group 17-54 batch to orbit. Booster B1093 on its 14th mission and still going strong. Starlink constellation keeps growing fast, and Elon’s machine doesn’t miss. Elon Musk SpaceX Starlink / Writer: Lucas

FYI: This footage comes from one of the Starlink V3 satellites Starship deployed to orbit. The satellite turned back to film the Starship that carried it up. It is one of the first 26 V3 satellites released on Starship's first orbital flight. A satellite filming its own ride to space. Source: Starlink

🇺🇸 SpaceX just launched a Falcon 9 from California carrying 25 more Starlink satellites to expand its internet network. Another step in building out global coverage from low Earth orbit. At this point, it’s basically just another day at the launch pad. Source: SpaceX , Starlink

The larger V3 Starlink satellites that will deploy from Starship will bring gigabit connectivity to users and are designed to add 60 Tera-bits-per-second of downlink capacity to the Starlink network. That's more than 20 times the capacity added with every V2 Mini launch on Falcon 9

SpaceX is becoming one of the biggest solar-power operators in space. Gen 1 Starlink: ~10 MW in orbit. Gen 2: ~100 MW. Gen 3: targeting ~1,000 MW. That's roughly a 10x jump every satellite generation. Most people think of Starlink as an internet network. Meanwhile, thousands of satellites are turning orbit into a rapidly growing solar-power grid. SpaceX Starlink

STARLINK IS RUNNING EARTH’S LARGEST SERVER… IN ORBIT While everyone else is bragging about data centers on the ground, SpaceX quietly put 9,000 solar-powered computers in space and called it a constellation! Orbital Math: • Starlink sits at over 9,000+ active satellites after the latest batch • The entire rest of Earth manages roughly 3,000 to 4,000 combined • Each Starlink unit is a solar-powered network node with onboard compute • SpaceX now operates around 75 % of all active satellites in orbit At this rate Earth’s “space industry” is basically Starlink plus supporting characters! The first Starlink V3 satellites got to space and immediately got busy. They deployed their solar arrays, fired up their thrusters, connected to the Starlink constellation through radio and laser links, then casually took pictures of Starship. Not a bad first day in orbit. SpaceX Starlink / Writer: Annette, Grok Imagine Designer: Janné
