🚨BREAKING: AG Brown warned with up to 1-year in federal prison by DOJ if his office impedes citizen journalist in Somali fraud probe! WA AG Nick Brown’s statement on reports of Somali-run home-based daycare providers being harassed alleging that “showing up on someone’s porch, threatening, or harassing them isn’t an investigation” is being met with stern criticism by U.S. Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division, Harmeet K. Dhillon. Brown’s statement was posted on X approximately 4 hours after WA independent investigative journalists Cam Higby and Jonathan Choe published their exposé on Tuesday, Dec. 30. Both Cam Higby 🇺🇸 and Jonathan Choe, along with Nick shirley attended President Donald J Trump’s a roundtable at the White House on Oct. 8 to address what administration officials described as a growing epidemic of left-wing political violence. In response to a Libs of TikTok post highlighting AG Brown’s statement encouraging “anyone experiencing threats or harassment to either contact local law enforcement or our [WA AG] office’s Hate Crimes & Bias Incident Hotline at 1-855-225-1010,” AAG Dhillon affirmed her office’s commitment to protecting a free press from “state officials” who “threaten” journalist. 🟥AAG DHILLON: “ANY state official who chills or threatens to chill a journalist’s 1A rights will have some ‘splainin to do. DOJ Civil Rights Division takes potential violations of 18 USC § 242 seriously! Govern yourselves accordingly!” AG Nick Brown then responded to Dhillon, stating that he hasn’t “threatened anyone, especially not journalists.” Brown, in a display of ironic sarcasm, included snapshots from various news headlines of President Donald J Trump allegedly threatening media and journalists. 🟥AG BROWN: “Not sure how you square your newfound concern for journalists with working for Donald Trump. We quite obviously haven’t threatened anyone, especially not journalists. But maybe you need to have a hard conversation with your bosses.” 18 U.S.C. § 242 is a federal criminal statute that makes it illegal for anyone acting under color of law (such as government officials or law enforcement) to willfully deprive a person of their constitutional rights, privileges, or immunities. The First Amendment explicitly safeguards freedom of the press. Investigative journalists rely on public records and on-site interviews and observations. If state officials label these activities as "harassment" or direct people to hate crimes hotlines without justification, it could be interpreted by the courts as an attempt to stifle a free press. Courts have applied § 242 in civil rights cases involving suppression of a free press. US Assistant AG Dhillon is warning Washington state AG Brown of legal action against him by alleging his actions or future actions may be interpreted by the DOJ as misusing his official power to deter reporting fraud in Washington state which could expose him and other elected officials to federal criminal scrutiny under this statute. The penalty for a basic offense of journalists’ 1A rights is a fine up to $100,000 and/or federal imprisonment for up to one year. If bodily injury is involved, a fine up to $250,000 and/or federal imprisonment for up to 10 years. If death, attempted murder, or kidnapping of a journalist, a fine up to $250,000 and/or federal imprisonment for up to 10 years. Fines are higher for organizations found in violation of journalists’ 1A rights.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents are now threatening to violently assault U.S. citizens for the crime of sitting in their own car, in a parking lot… Yes. Literally that. ICE agents are now claiming U.S. citizens are not allowed to be in the same parking lot as them. In the video, you can hear an agent approach a person sitting quietly in their car and announce that he is ICE, and that other ICE agents are also in the parking lot… Then the agent immediately issues what he calls his “one and only warning.” The person responds, “I was just on the phone.” The agent responds, “No. No you’re not.” The agent then escalates to a direct threat of violence, saying… “This is your one and only warning. I catch you here again, I’m yanking you out of that fucking car because you’re taking pictures on your little GoPro.” So, to be clear… a U.S. citizen is being threatened with assault not for impeding, not for interfering, not for committing any crime… …but for having a dash cam. The agent then adds, “If anything happens to our vehicles, or anybody in here, I’m coming straight for you.” Then more threats… “I will yank you out of that fucking car, and I will fucking put charges on you.” Charges for what? He never says. Because there are none. And then he admits the quiet part out loud… “I’ll put you in the fucking domestic terrorists app.” A federal agent threatening to label a U.S. citizen a “domestic terrorist” for sitting in a car while having a dash cam. And then the agent illegally orders the U.S. citizen to “get the fuck out” of the parking lot and tells him he is not allowed to return. To break that all down… an ICE agent used intimidation, retaliation, and threats of violence against a U.S. citizen for exercising their First Amendment rights, and existing in a public space. And then banned the U.S. citizen from returning to the public space. So, just to be absolutely clear… The Trump administration is conditioning the public to obey masked federal agents, without questions and without rights.

🚨BREAKING: (Chicago suburb) An ICE agent just shot a protester outside the Broadview ICE facility… and then drove away. In the video, ICE agents were leaving the Broadview ICE facility when one agent stopped, aimed a pepper ball gun at a protester, who was standing on a public sidewalk… not blocking the vehicle, or obstructing anything… and shot them in the abdomen. Then, they just kept driving. The protester had to be treated at the scene before being transported to the hospital. Now, imagine if an ordinary U.S. citizen pulled up, shot someone with a pepper ball gun, and drove away... Police would be looking for them. There would be arrests, charges, and headlines calling it what it was… Assault. But when it’s a federal agent? And this isn’t even the first time something like this has happened. We’ve watched ICE agents assault protesters with pepper spray, from their vehicles, and keep driving. We’ve watched people exercising their constitutional rights become targets. We’ve watched it happen over and over again. So, where is the accountability? Peacefully protesting, on a public sidewalk, is protected by the First Amendment. Using force against someone, who poses no immediate threat, is a direct violation of that right. And every single person in this country should be demanding answers. Because if federal agents can shoot a peaceful protester, drive away, and face no consequences… Then we no longer have equal justice under the law. We have one set of rules for the government, and another for everyone else.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents tried to tell a building manager that a locked apartment building is not private property, in Minneapolis. In the video, the building manager asks a very simple question: Do you have a judicial warrant? The agent’s response? “This is not private property.” Which is a wild thing to say while standing outside a locked residential building you’re trying to get into. He keeps insisting she’s wrong. She doesn’t budge. She finally says, “You aren’t going to get in. I’m not opening the door without a warrant.” Another agent then asks if she can tell him whether the person on his phone is inside. She says, “No.” He then responds, “Can’t tell me that either? Want to keep your criminals in your building?” And she shuts that down by saying, “I want to keep my residents safe.” Which is the exact opposite of what ICE was doing. Because trying to pressure your way into private property, without a judicial warrant, is fishing. It’s hoping someone doesn’t know their rights. And do you know what they hope you don’t realize? If this person was actually some dangerous “worst of the worst” criminal, they love talking about, getting a judge to sign a warrant would be the easiest part of their day. Instead, they show up with no warrant, no legal authority to enter, and try to lie their way inside. Because ICE agents are gambling on the idea that regular people will be too scared to say no. And that’s why they continue to use threats and violence, while claiming that anyone with a pending immigration case is a criminal. This manager saw through that. Which is exactly why the Constitution only works when someone is willing to demand it be upheld. No warrant. No entry.

🚨BREAKING: A video shows what appears to be an ICE agent, masked and in plain clothes, stopping a car… and photographing the person inside to add to a government database, in California. He doesn’t identify himself… doesn’t say a word… just walks up, takes a picture, then walks to the front and photographs their faces through the windshield… and then leaves. This is not normal. If this is ICE, and not a random stalker, then what you’re watching is a federal agent taking photos of a U.S. citizen, who has not violated any laws… and adding them to a database. Federal agents are not allowed to target people without reasonable suspicion. They cannot conduct investigative actions based on a hunch… or how someone looks… and they absolutely cannot use intimidation tactics against people doing nothing wrong. So, what crime justifies this? What probable cause exists to photograph someone’s face like that? There isn’t one. We all have the right to document law enforcement in public… But now, we’re watching the reverse. Law enforcement documenting YOU, building government databases on YOU. Without identifying themselves, without explanation. That’s government surveillance. This is how rights disappear… quietly… piece by piece… Until exercising your first amendment rights gets your face logged into a government system you never consented to. This isn’t just “concerning.” It’s a direct threat to your constitutional rights.

🚨 BREAKING: Journalist ATTACKED by Protesters Outside Portland Federal Building – Police REFUSE to Respond 🚨 Portland’s chaos has hit a boiling point. For over 90 nights, protesters have clashed with federal agents at the Portland Federal Building. But last night, they crossed a line. Protesters assaulted a journalist on camera—and the police refused to respond. 🎥 The victim? Independent journalist , one of the few brave enough to report from the front lines. She was punched in the face by a protester while filming clashes near the building. She called 911 for help. The response? Police told her to walk THREE blocks away—because they refused to enter the protest zone. Let that sink in. “Sometimes these protesters decide, ‘We’re not gonna mess with the federal agents, we’re gonna mess with the journalist.’” — eyewitness Fellow journalist Katie Daviscourt 📸 was on the scene and captured the attackers fleeing in a getaway car, believed to be owned by John Collin Hacker—a man on probation for a previous Antifa-related assault. Shout out to @MrAndyNgofor that one. Through further investigation, the main assault suspect has been identified as Jocelyn Hdez Macedo., a known activist frequently protesting ICE alongside her partner Eric Sanchez. She’s now accused of orchestrating the attack and escaping with the help of a black Toyota Highlander, Oregon plate SB08693. Also present: Maddie Gordon, sister of August Gordon, who’s already facing federal charges for assaulting five officers in June. These are not peaceful protesters. These are organized mobs, targeting journalists and daring police to intervene—knowing they won’t. Also Shoutout to MAOSPYDUDE on X and Youtube whom i sourced much of my video commentary 📵 Protesters demand secrecy. They threaten, block, and physically intimidate anyone who films or tells the truth. 📢 If you have ANY info about the individuals involved, come forward. It’s time to ask: Why are Portland police still standing down? Why are journalists the new target? And who’s protecting those who risk everything to report the truth? 🔁 SHARE this post 📲 Follow @HoneyBadgerMom & Katie Daviscourt 📸 on X ⚖️ Tag Attorney General Pamela Bondi, FBI Director Kash Patel, Dan Bongino , Criminal Division, FBI– demand an investigation

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents illegally entered private property without a warrant, were explicitly told to leave, and… while being filmed… assaulted a U.S. citizen, violently arrested him, and then released him eight hours later without charges in Lakeville, Minnesota. In the video, ICE agents are already on private property when the man begins filming. He tells one agent to get out of his face. Instead of leaving, the agent assaults him by striking his phone, attempting to stop the recording. The agent then claims, “You have the camera in my face, get it out of my face,” and hits the phone again… despite the fact that the agents approached him, not the other way around, and he was lawfully recording on private property. The situation escalates when agents throw the man to the ground, shouting, “You want to get in my fucking face?” They proceed to physically assault and illegally arrest him, even though they had no warrant, no probable cause, and no legal right to be on the property in the first place. After holding him for eight hours, ICE quietly releases him… underscoring what the video already shows: this arrest was never lawful to begin with. This isn’t law enforcement. It’s intimidation, retaliation for filming, and a blatant violation of the Fourth Amendment. If federal agents can trespass, assault, and arrest U.S. citizens with no warrant… and face no immediate consequences… then the question isn’t whether this will happen again. It’s how many more Americans will be assaulted before constitutional rights mean something again.

🚨BREAKING: An ICE agent was just caught on video violently shoving a TEENAGER to the ground, in a Chicago suburb. But it gets worse… In Joliet, IL, ICE agents jumped out of their cars, racially profiled a man, began handcuffing him, and forced him into an unmarked vehicle that had its license plate covered. And they did all of this before even confirming who he was. As U.S. citizens began recording the incident, ICE agents started forcing them farther back, even though they were not interfering with the arrest. One of the agents looked at a teenager, who was just standing there and filming, and said, “Step back a little bit.” The teenager wasn’t interfering. In fact, a woman was standing even closer. And then, without warning, the ICE agent violently shoved the teenager to the ground. Moments later, another ICE agent pulled out a taser and threatened the legal observers, despite them remaining away from the vehicle, and not interfering. And after all of that, about 20 minutes later… ICE released the man they had kidnapped because they realized he was not undocumented. Think about how insane that is… A man was detained, handcuffed, and taken away before ICE even confirmed they had the right person. That’s exactly why the Fourth Amendment exists… to protect people from unreasonable seizures by the government. And then there is the issue of an ICE agent shoving a teenager to the ground… Using significant physical force against someone, especially a teenager, who is not posing an immediate threat, not resisting, and not interfering… is excessive force. Federal agents do not get a free pass to assault teenagers because they are standing nearby. The First Amendment protects the right to record law enforcement in public, and government officials cannot use intimidation, or force, to silence people who are lawfully documenting their actions. This wasn’t just about one man being kidnapped…. It was about everyone standing there. A teenager was thrown to the ground. Legal observers were threatened. U.S. citizens exercising their constitutional rights were intimidated. And an innocent man lost 20 minutes of his freedom because ICE believes they are allowed to kidnap anyone they want. So, why are these ICE agents not being held accountable?

🚨BREAKING: An ICE agent has FINALLY been charged, with TWO felony assault charges, for pointing a gun at U.S. citizens, in Minneapolis. And a nationwide warrant has been issued for his arrest. According to the criminal complaint, Gregory Morgan, 35, was driving an unmarked SUV on the shoulder of Highway 62… flying past traffic to bypass a rush-hour bottleneck. When another driver briefly moved over to slow him down, Morgan didn’t just move on… He pulled alongside their car, rolled down his window, and pointed a gun directly at both people inside while still driving. The victims called 911, saying they thought a random person was aiming a gun at them. One even recorded video of the SUV, which helped investigators track him down. Morgan later said the same line every ICE agent says… He pulled the gun because he “feared for his safety” and yelled, “police.” But, prosecutors say he wasn’t responding to any emergency or operation… he was simply heading back to a federal building to end his shift. Surveillance footage shows him riding the shoulder, pulling up next to the victims, and staying there for several seconds before speeding off and merging back into traffic. He’s now facing two counts of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, each carrying up to seven years in prison, and a nationwide warrant has been issued for his arrest. And this wasn’t an isolated incident, or just one “bad agent”… This is the kind of behavior we keep seeing, again and again, from ICE agents… because this administration has created an environment where they act like they’re above the law. While the same agency is given more power, more funding, more authority… while operating with less and less accountability in communities across the country.

🚨BREAKING: Law enforcement were filmed slamming a peaceful protester’s head into the sidewalk, during an anti-ICE protest, in St. Paul, MN. In the video, protesters are peacefully walking down the sidewalk when Hennepin County Sheriff’s deputies approach from behind… targeting the end of the group. Without warning, deputies begin pepper spraying protesters, grabbing them, throwing them to the ground, and arresting them. These protesters were walking away, they posed no threat. Then, it gets even more disturbing… One deputy grabs a protester’s shield, which becomes caught on the protester’s hand. Rather than de-escalating, a second deputy strikes the protester in the face… sending them falling backward. While the protester is on the ground, hand still tangled in the shield and completely defenseless, the deputy slams their head against the sidewalk. The same deputy then kneels on the protester, continuing to push their head into the pavement, even though they aren’t resisting… their hand is just stuck... and he stays on top of the protester until the other deputy finally frees the piece of plastic from the protester’s hand. So, let’s break down what we just saw… Deputies approached protesters from behind, used pepper spray on people who were walking away, and then a deputy punched a restrained person in the face, and repeatedly slammed their head into concrete while kneeling on them. Striking a non-resisting person in the face, and forcing their head into pavement, is assault. It doesn’t matter what uniform you’re wearing. Excessive force by law enforcement is a violation of the Fourth Amendment, which protects against the use of unreasonable force during an arrest. These deputies were on camera assaulting peaceful protesters, violating the constitution, and the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office needs to answer for what happened.

🚨 BREAKING: New video footage shows ICE agents violently assaulting and arresting a U.S. citizen… 20-year-old Mubashir…and it is even more horrifying. The video shows agents slamming Mubashir into metal poles as they wrestle him into handcuffs. He’s not fighting. He’s not resisting. He’s pleading, telling them again and again that he is a U.S. citizen and that he has his ID on him. They ignore him. Moments later, a group of people rush into the stairwell blowing whistles in protest. As they stand there, you hear Mubashir scream in pain: “My hand!” The agents then drag him outside toward their vehicle. You can hear Mubashir tell them again that he has his ID. Instead of checking, the agents assault him a second time. They throw him to the ground, shove his face into the snow, and then forcing him into their car without ever verifying who he is. They didn’t check his ID until after they’d already transported him miles away, to a detention facility, where they tried scanning his fingerprints and face into their system, and only then decided to look at the ID he’d been begging them to check from the start. And when they realized they had brutalized an American citizen? They released him with no medical attention, no apology, and no transportation back to where they took him from. This isn’t “immigration enforcement.” This is lawless violence, committed by federal agents who act as if citizens have no rights and cameras don’t exist. And this is exactly why people need to film, why states like Illinois are passing laws allowing residents to sue ICE agents directly… and why the public must keep demanding accountability until abuses like this are impossible to ignore and impossible to get away with.

🚨BREAKING: Border Patrol agents illegally smashed through the glass door of a locked auto body shop, without a warrant, to detain the shop owner and an employee, in West Valley City, Utah. Yes, agents are violating the Constitution all over the country, not just in Minnesota. In the video, two agents are already standing inside the body shop when the owner’s wife asks them the most basic, constitutionally required question, “Do you have a warrant?” …after they broke in. They illegally ignore her request and instead tell HER to stay back. She continues demanding to see a warrant. And then they say the quiet part out loud: “We don’t need one.” They absolutely do, which is exactly what she tells them. They continue ignoring her, after illegally breaking into a locked, private business, while ordering her to back up inside her own workplace. The agents then begin questioning the shop owner and an employee, despite not knowing their status, and having zero probable cause. She tells them, “My lawyer is coming, do you want to get sued?” And the agents laugh. Sit with that. Border Patrol agents force entry into a private business, without a warrant, and laugh about accountability. The agents admit on camera that they broke the glass door to enter the private property. She says that’s why you had to break in… “Because you don’t have a warrant!” And the agent says again: “It’s because we don’t need one.” They detain the shop owner and an employee anyway, after breaking in, without a warrant… despite both men having no criminal records. This is a blatant Fourth Amendment violation. A locked business is private property… where a warrant is not optional. If this is tolerated, it sets the precedent that federal agents can smash their way into ANY business, detain whoever they want, and disappear them. That is not law enforcement. That is an open assault on constitutional rights.

🚨BREAKING: DHS is caught lying again… this time to justify shooting a man and then trying to railroad him into prison while cutting him off from his lawyer. A federal judge has just thrown out the entire case against Carlitos Ricardo Parias, a TikTok journalist who was shot by ICE during an enforcement operation in South L.A., because the government violated his constitutional rights so severely that the damage could not be undone. From the start, DHS pushed a familiar narrative: that Parias “weaponized” his vehicle and tried to ram agents, forcing them to open fire. That story was used to justify shooting him, charging him with assault on federal officers, and portraying him as a violent threat. But newly released body camera footage…. footage the government delayed turning over… tells a very different story. The video shows an ICE officer smashing Parias’ car window with one hand while holding a gun in the other. Parias’ hands are up. He repeatedly asks why he’s being detained. His car is boxed in. It is not moving. Despite this, an officer fires his weapon, striking Parias in the arm. The officer’s own reaction on camera is shock… not fear, not “defensive action,” but surprise at having fired the shot. That alone should have triggered accountability. Instead, DHS doubled down. They charged Parias the same day he was shot. They claimed he tried to ram agents. They claimed debris flying from spinning tires justified lethal force. They accused him of previously escaping custody, even though video appears to show agents letting him go during an earlier incident. They continued to paint him as dangerous while withholding critical evidence from his defense. Then came the cover-up tactics. After a judge ordered Parias released on bond, the government immediately transferred him into ICE custody anyway, moving him to the Adelanto ICE Processing Center… hours away from his attorneys… just weeks before trial. According to the court, this is where the constitutional violations truly began. By placing him in immigration detention, the government effectively blocked his access to legal counsel during the most critical period of his defense, jeopardizing his Sixth Amendment right to a fair and speedy trial. For nearly a month before trial, his lawyers were unable to meet with him. Legal visits couldn’t be scheduled. Video conferences were obstructed. Discovery was delayed, then drip-fed long past court deadlines. The body cam footage that contradicted DHS’s public narrative wasn’t produced on time. The judge made clear this wasn’t an accident… it was prejudice caused by government action. In a 28-page ruling, the judge dismissed the indictment with prejudice, meaning prosecutors can never refile the charges. The court found that the government’s conduct caused real and irreparable harm to Parias’ defense, and that no lesser remedy could fix it. This case exposes a pattern, not an anomaly. Shoot first, lie publicly to justify it, withhold evidence, isolate the victim in ICE detention, deny access to counsel, miss deadlines, and hope the system doesn’t catch up before the damage is done. When the narrative collapses under video evidence and judicial scrutiny, the response isn’t accountability… it’s silence. Even now, despite the charges being dismissed, Parias remains in ICE detention as his immigration case continues. DHS didn’t just violate one man’s rights. They tested how far they could go… how many lies they could tell, how much evidence they could bury, how completely they could isolate someone from legal help…. before the truth forced its way into the open. The only reason their story collapsed is because cameras were on. This is why DHS and ICE hate being filmed. Without cameras, their version becomes the only record. Violence becomes policy, lies become “facts,” and constitutional rights disappear quietly.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents were filmed, once again, assaulting U.S. citizens outside the Kane County Courthouse, in St. Charles, Illinois. In the video, ICE agents are arresting a man while people film the arrest. A person tries to get information from the man, when an ICE agent suddenly moves toward her and another woman, pushes them back, while pointing an expandable baton at them, in a threatening manner. One woman tells the agent that she has a right to record… which he responds by shoving her. The agent then threatens the person filming, pointing his baton at them, and yells, “don’t follow me.” As if simply observing law enforcement is a crime… especially when there’s a clear physical barrier separating them. The First Amendment protects the right to record law enforcement in public. People filming, and not physically interfering, are exercising protected speech. The Fourth Amendment protects against unreasonable seizures and excessive force. Physical pushing and threatening citizens with a baton, when they are not resisting or obstructing, raises serious questions about whether force is being used lawfully, or as intimidation. Excessive force standards, used by federal law enforcement, requires any force to be objectively reasonable based on an actual threat or interference… not simply the presence of people recording, or criticizing them. So, once again… Filming and observing is not interference. Standing in public is not a threat. And this is not about “respecting authority.” It’s about whether constitutional rights still apply when citizens are watching government agents do their jobs.
