I am absolutely sure, that the decision from Sweden is because of politics, some left / woke activists with jobs in state (do nothing, get money.. ) decided it. Basically a 0 risk way of checking safety and reliability for any level of autonomy, since drivers are professional and in full supervision. It's crazy this aren't something traffic regulators all over europe are begging to test.
