Taking the president off the ballot in Texas for allowing 8 million immigrants to cross the border illegally to even out the playing field seems fair to me.

I cation this due to the fact that if we see what Colorado Supreme Court did as against the constitution, then Texas wouldn’t be any better or worse if they make that decision for Biden to be taken off the ballot.
