@MattBarbet This is the problem of giving poor corrupt nations the same value in their votes as the countries that cannot be bought. No principals, only looking to make themselves richer

@MattBarbet "Corruption is not bad. Corruption is only bad if I am not involved..."

@MattBarbet Shameless lots, Many of us in Africa aren't surprised anyways. Any other decision would have been a shock instead

@MattBarbet Any African that is shocked must be a toddler. No one expects less.... Corrupt entities...

@MattBarbet No surprise, a corrupt continent supporting a corrupt institution

@MattBarbet We Africans ain’t surprised by all cos anything that will fetch money into our leaders pockets is what they’ll go even if it’ll destroy our countries later they don’t care

@MattBarbet Of course they did

@MattBarbet You can always count on CAF and Motsepe to embarass us.😑

@MattBarbet Africa x Corruption. Inseparable chemistry.

@MattBarbet CAF is compromised.

@MattBarbet Of course they did. They're just as corrupt as Infantino

@MattBarbet No surprises here. Corruption supports corruption 🤷🏽♂️ @CAF_Online @thenff and African FAs are protecting the finger that feeds them, however dirty.

@MattBarbet Ehen...did we expect any less from CAF?!

@MattBarbet #Infantino is trying so hard to save his #FIFA presidency and we are wishing him “buena suerte”

@MattBarbet I knew it

@MattBarbet Instead of ambitiously seeking leadership of world football, we have leaders happy to live off crumbs. This dependency mindset is how Africa was colonized in the first place.

Congratulations to CAF for taking the bold step in publicly supporting infantino and calling the bluff of uefa power mongers. In 10 years infantino has invested over 1 billion dollars to african football, increased allocation from 200k to 8 million per ma and world cup slot from 5 to 10. Fifa was fair to uefa for decades when africa had only one world cup slot ( uefa has 55 countries and Africa 54 countries)and uefa was silent when each ma allocation was a meagre 100 to 200k per cycle as late as 2016. I hope other confederations follow CAF and call the bluff of uefa power mongers let see if they can organise the "uefa world cup". Enough is enough we are not going back to the stone age of huge inequality and unfair distribution of wealth. This is 2026 not 1800 and every country should be equal.

@MattBarbet If you are surprised by this, you must be new to following African football politics. This is chapter one of the handbook 📖

@MattBarbet

@MattBarbet Interesting that this is available in my location. To be frank, I’m not surprised. UEFA wants Africa’s backing but barely backs Africa. That corrupt Infantino has been kind to CAF

@MattBarbet Patrice Motsepe and Infantino are cut from the same cloth, no wonder Morocco lost and were still crowned as champions in court. Patrice Motsepe must resign, he is corrupt to the core.

@MattBarbet Ofcourse they are. CAF na mumu.

@africaupdates @MattBarbet Do I expect anything else from these clowns? Hell NO

@Sbusiso_Sibeko_ @MattBarbet Africa is correct, Gianni Infantino maybe a controversial president of FIFA but since he became president of FIFA he listened to Africa and delivered for us we now have more African teams in a World Cup. We now have healthy books financially due.

@MattBarbet Hanging on a dea horse.

@MattBarbet UEFA wants to control football and CAF will loose big time.. for CAF, it's better for them to be under infantino ho rewards them yet they corrupt and misuse finds meant for football development

@MattBarbet 😂😂😂 backhanders really do work in some countries. This is laughable and i am sick to fucking death of reading about it and seeing that bald cunt’s picture. I would love to know if the African people agree with this in addition to those having their pockets lined.

@MattBarbet This is expected. They are as corrupt as Infantino.

@MattBarbet This speaks so much about Africans as a whole. They see abnormality as normality; corruption as opportunity; a failed system as a second chance. Europe sees all the negatives in Infantino, but my continent sees positives. Bunch of graft and decay.

@Legend_Sqwai @MattBarbet Damn idiots … seems Morocco will get the final… so much corruption

@MattBarbet Not surprising. Corrupt football executives are in charge of African football. Only a few of them are truly helping their countries. The one in Ghana, Kurt Okraku is crudely incompetent.

@MattBarbet What a surprise, the most corrupt football confederation backing the most corrupt FIFA president ever.

@MattBarbet African @CAF_Online are more corrupt than a pedo's hard-drive. Infantino's wet-dream.

@MattBarbet This is not funny btw guys. We should be condemning CAF in the strongest of words

@MattBarbet Why should African football federation have a say in an important issue concerning football? Those greedy old bastards only care about the monies they're looting and nothing more. CAF you're a disgrace to Africa. I SUPPORT UEFA BOYCOTT FIFA
