The Constitution is clear: no president runs Wisconsin’s elections. We have joined 22 other states in suing to block Donald Trump’s unconstitutional executive order targeting mail-in ballots.

This is raising the pressure on the Senate to pass the SAVE America Act Obama appointed judge in Boston has blocked President Trump from requiring proof of citizenship and mail-in ballot tracking for the November midterms across two dozen democrat states. The June 2026 Ruling: Judge Indira Talwani issued a preliminary injunction against a March executive order. The order directed the DHS and SSA to build "Confirmed Citizen Lists" and instructed the USPS to only deliver mail-in ballots to individuals on those approved lists. The Legal Reasoning: Judge Talwani ruled the provisions "legally void" for violating the separation of powers. She stated the Constitution does not grant the President specific power over elections, and Congress never authorized the USPS to regulate mail-in ballot delivery. The June 24 Ruling: This followed a decision by Chief Judge Denise Casper, who permanently blocked a separate 2025 order. That order attempted to require documentary proof of citizenship on federal voter registration forms and limit the counting of late mail-in ballots. What Happens Next? The injunctions currently apply to the 23 plaintiff states and Washington, D.C. (including swing states like Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin). Because the Senate has not passed the SAVE Act to codify these citizenship verification rules into federal law, the battle now shifts to the federal appeals courts and potentially the U.S. Supreme Court.

Hakeem Jefferies says the SAVE America Act — commonsense voter ID laws — has "nothing to do with ensuring that elections are conducted with integrity.” So ensuring only Americans are voting in American elections isn't election integrity?

USPS Moves Forward With Major Mail-In Voting Change The U.S. Postal Service is proceeding with a significant new rule for mail-in ballots following a federal appeals court decision on Friday. The change requires states to provide voter lists and serialized ballot barcodes before federal ballots are mailed — a move supporters call a win for election integrity. (Video: AI) This could have big implications for California, where nearly all voters receive ballots by mail. The ruling allows the proposal to advance while legal challenges continue. A positive step toward greater transparency and confidence in the voting process.

There'll be a million envelopes and you'll be able to know exactly, correctly, that CITIZENS voted."

TRUMP JUST ENDED THE U.S. ELECTION ASSISTANCE COMMISSION. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? Is Trump finally ending mail-in voter fraud? He fired the three remaining commissioners this week, leaving the board with zero members. The EAC is the obscure little agency that sets voting machine standards and controls the federal mail voter registration form. Here is the real story behind it. For over a year Trump has pushed two basic reforms through that commission: proof of citizenship to register, and rules requiring USPS to stop blindly mailing ballots to anyone without verifying they are eligible for mail voting. The old board slow walked both. So he cleared it out. Replacements need Senate confirmation, this is not a hostile takeover, it is the president using the power the Supreme Court just confirmed he has! Now the post office piece. Trump's executive order directs USPS to track ballots and only deliver them to voters on an approved list. Courts have already blocked several parts of it, ruling the president cannot unilaterally rewrite election rules, that power sits with states and Congress. What this really means is Trump keeps applying pressure on citizenship verification and mail ballot accountability heading into the midterms. Democrats are calling it interference because tighter verification makes it harder to run up numbers through a system nobody can fully audit. This is a developing story. Nothing is more important for November than voter integrity.

New Hampshire is the only state in the contiguous United States without a full-service Veterans Affairs medical center. In response to President Trump’s executive order, we are developing a plan to ensure that is no longer the case.

PabloReports: Should Americans be worried that Trump’s going to interfere in the midterm elections? Gallego: Look, I think he’s going to try to interfere in the midterm elections. He said he’s going to do it. We should listen to him telling us. But the way we combat that is coming out and vote in massive numbers so he can’t actually screw the elections.

NBC tells you exactly how the elections are RIGGED in California “You’ve seen Republicans have pretty good election nights in California— only to have terrible days/weeks after vote by mail...” That is why we need one day voting. That is one we need to eliminate mail-in ballots. They will just keep counting until they get the results they want.
