Russia,Asia, Africa, Latin America should uniltaerally come out of UN and create a body that is not controlled by a powerful few. UN has completely lost it's utility!

Denmark at UN: There must be accountability for international crimes committed by Russia in this brutal campaign to destroy independent Ukraine. Denmark fully supports efforts by International Criminal Court, Independent International Commission of Inquiry on Ukraine, and work to create Special Tribunal for the crime of aggression against Ukraine, and International Claims Commission for Ukraine. We need to be clear in calling this a war of choice. We call again on Putin to finally end the war that he started. However, we fully aware that so far, there are no signs of his willingness to choose peace. We therefore also call on international community to increase pressure on Russia to finally end the killing and destruction, to support comprehensive, just, and lasting peace in line with UN Charter. Anything less would be a failure of our responsibility.

My message at the #msc25 is clear: Only Ukraine can define when there are conditions for a negotiation. Assuming concessions before any negotiation is a huge mistake. A comprehensive peace cannot reward the aggressor. No lasting peace, without Ukraine and without the EU.

Today, I addressed the Peace Formula meeting in Malta, which gathered 66 countries from around the world, both from the West and the Global South. In total, almost 70 global actors have already joined the Peace Formula process. The aspiration for peace is stipulated in international law and the UN Charter. But does the UN Charter work? Here in Ukraine, in the Middle East, and in African countries, the answer to this question is the cries of mothers burying their sons and daughters killed in wars, as well as the despair of children orphaned by wars. We can and must give a different answer. I proposed the Peace Formula last year. Its 10 points cover all aspects of Russia's aggression against Ukraine and are based on the principles of the UN Charter and UNGA resolutions. Over the year, the Formula has gradually become global, with more and more countries and international organizations joining efforts to implement it. The result of these collective actions can be the restoration of the territorial integrity of our state and the full force of international law, thus ensuring a reliable and just peace.
