Last night, direct hit on the building where my 87 yr old mom lives. She is fine. So are all the neighbours. This is an old building (built 1974) so there are no safe rooms (MAMAD in hebrew) as in newwer buildings. The top floor apartment was totaly destroyed but the residents were already down at ground level. The missile actually penetrated the roof and and one more floor before exploding. Updated Fly By of the Tropicana Site Along With A Visit From DHS Got stopped by Department of Homeland Security this morning after flying! There were two officers in all-black uniforms and vests that pulled in front of my vehicle just as I was finishing up and putting all the safety equipment away. They asked if I had just flown a drone and I let them know I did. From there, they met up with me at my car and asked to see my Part 107 Certificate and FAA authorization to fly in zero grid airspace. I always carry a white binder with everything I need and I have never had to show anyone anything until today, but I was ready.
