The driver has since been arrested on suspicion of “causing serious injury by careless driving.” 20 people were injured with a few sustaining serious injuries to their heads. This was the second time that a bus got its top ripped off at this location. A man who identified himself as the assistant driver claims the man behind the wheel fell asleep and lost control of the bus. “The driver was sleeping, and a police officer woke him up. He told the driver to go to Musina to register and take the fingerprints of the passengers. When the driver started the bus, he was already exhausted and failed to control the bus.”
