We’ve known this has been a problem for years, and I’m thankful that these frauds are being prosecuted. But the biggest frauds are Governor Andy Beshear and Transportation Secretary Jim Gray. They have retaliated against those who exposed this scandal, and covered up since. They must be held accountable too for this Minnesota-style fraud. A court recently ruled that Andy Beshear's Transportation Cabinet violated the law to cover up an investigation into this bribery scheme where. Melissa Moorman, a brave whistleblower and former clerk at the Nia Center Licensing Branch, just revealed that her co-workers were pocketing $200 under the table per license, handing them out to illegal aliens who have no business getting them. This wasn't a one-off… she says it happened 4-5 times a day for at least two years across multiple branches, potentially adding up to thousands of invalid licenses flooding our roads. And it is now reported that this has happened all over Kentucky, including right here in Northern Kentucky. I submitted an Open Records Request to KYTC and the Governor’s office demanding all available information on this scandal, along with several other groups. They denied all requests, but a court declared that the Beshear Administration blatantly violated the Open Records Act. Sunshine is the best disinfectant, so of course Beshear operates in the shadows. Beshear denied any knowledge of the immigration angle back in April, but that whistleblower letter went out months earlier. And it is at least clear that Andy Beshear and Transportation Secretary Jim Gray were directly involved in covering up this scandal and the blatantly illegal firing of the whistleblower who exposed it. They should both be impeached and banned for life from holding a position of public trust or profit in the Commonwealth for life.

It seems Andy Beshear is doing his best to cover up and even ENABLE crimes by illegals. Dude needs to be impeached.

@nicksortor A federal prosecutor is not only a separate office, but also an entirely different level of government from Beshear. What we do have is a court order from Kentucky saying Beshear covered it up by not complying with the Open Records Act. May want to take a civics class.

Andy Beshear is terrified of any real ICE presence in Ky. I've been begging them to come clean out what I call, "Little Tijuana." My husband and I went to the flea market one weekend and no exaggeration, if I had screamed ICE, we would've been the only people there. Its like 7 GIANT buildings FULL of foreigners. This isn't even the beginning of the foreigners in Kentucky. We've been discussing this my entire life and I'm 42!! Then they recently brought in 20k Somali's too. Areas of town that you never would've seen em before are now just overrun.
