The Trump administration just proposed a massive new $100,000 fee on H-1B visas. The fee would apply to petitions for skilled foreign workers, including many already living in the United States. The move is designed to protect American workers and reduce abuse of the program. Another major step to put American jobs first.

Vice President JD Vance on H-1B Visa Fraud: "Here's the basic problem, something that we been working towards fixing in the Trump Administration for a long time. The H-1B visa program is meant to allow companies to bring and really the best of the best from outside the United States of America, for positions that are completely impossible to fill with American workers. Unfortunately, the program has become rife with fraud over the last several years, probably the last several decades."

The Trump administration is cracking down on H-1B visa abuse, announcing the Department of Labor is suspending Microsoft, Adobe, and other major companies from receiving new approvals. Officials revealed: Cognizant, Infosys, Tata, and Wipro were also named. These companies have received over 230,000 H-1B visa approvals since 2009. Got what I voted for again.

🤯 Trump Raises Work Visa Fee for Foreigners 500-Fold — to $100,000 The Trump administration plans to introduce an annual fee of $100,000 for every H-1B work visa. These visas are critical for the U.S. tech sector, which relies heavily on skilled workers from India and China. The new measure could deliver a serious blow to the entire industry. Since taking office, Trump has pursued a broad anti-immigration campaign, including restrictions on legal pathways. Now, a key program for highly qualified workers is on the line. The administration argues the law will push companies to hire more Americans instead of bringing in specialists from abroad.
