It's highly unlikely that kratom was the cause of death here. Thailand, where the plant actually grows, recently legalized it after a many decade ban. More people overdose on over the counter medicines like aspirin than kratom leaf.

They had to have something else in their systems, kratom is very hard to get high on let alone od. And only PROP Andrew Kolodney calls it gas station heroin. Maybe you should check out PROP and Kolodney and where those psychopaths get their money.

Kratom has helped so many people I know detox off of heroin and fentanyl… it’s all-natural and a much healthier option for detox compared to synthetic medication like soboxin or methadone. Just stick to the powders and avoid the extracts.

Here are some facts: Kratom is in the coffee family. Regular leaf has many positive benefits and very minimal risks or side effects when used responsibly. There are thousands of people that have used Kratom to get off hard drugs or alcohol. Personally it helped me quit drinking. I am an alcoholic that has been sober 4+ years thanks to Kratom. Do not believe the media lies. Do your own research. Ultimately big pharma doesn’t like Kratom because it’s a plant and they can’t patent it, and it competes with many of their medicinal “products”, which affects their profitability.

Jesse , stop putting this garbage out there. I've been using kratom for 20 years. You CAN NOT o.d. on it alone. It doesn't get you high. It gives you a nice mood boost. Whoever gave it the tag gas station heroin is a moron or knows nothing about drugs. I've never done heroin, but I know people who have and they say it is nothing like heroin and not even close to being as dangerous. Worst that will happen is you'll throw up or feel like crap if you take too much. It doesn't cause ANY respiratory issues. It's been used in asia for centuries. It's from the coffee family.
