just brought back the same DEI program they were caught hiding last year. They’re using your tax dollars to push left-wing indoctrination on your kids and they’re laughing about it. This isn’t education—it’s brainwashing. And they think parents will stay silent. Time to shut it down.

"It was estimated in 2020 that it would cost only about $2.5 million a year to fund this program, but it ended up costing almost 50 times that much. Over $104 MILLION by 2024 due to fraud." "Because of all the fraud, Minnesota had to shut the program down in 2025." Think about how many homeless veterans could've used this program to have a roof over their heads.

This isn’t about DEI; it’s Congress fulfilling its constitutional duties and federal trust responsibility to Native peoples. Native entity-owned 8(a) participants reinvest their earnings in their communities—in line with their communities’ needs—practicing economic self-determination and building stronger futures for generations to come. Congress intentionally structured the 8(a) program to ensure these businesses are accountable to their communities while keeping the program transparent and effective. This was the right call—both for Native communities, and for their partners in the federal government.
