As we applaud @REIuniondurham who just WALKED OUT and won a tentative agreement, we’ve voted to authorize a STRIKE so we can do the same. Unionized staff at @SEIU are demanding the same respect, protection and pay that @MaryKayHenry preaches when she says we need #UnionsForAll

We’ve seen @MaryKayHenry and @AprilDVerrett publicly support folks at @TraderJoesUnite and @SBWorkersUnited who want their employers, who claim to be progressive, to live their values. Now, @SEIU unionized staff have AUTHORIZED A STRIKE to ensure they practice what they preach.

If @MaryKayHenry & @aprildverrett REALLY wanted to make sure all working people are respected, protected & paid, they’d ensure unionized staff at @SEIU were paid wages that keep up with inflation. Instead, we’ve authorized a strike so they can bargain in good faith. #UnionsForAll
