I thought the Executive branch was in charge of the Post Office. SCOTUS must expedite this issue and overrule the Judge as they should. We live under judicial tyranny. They are a rotten and rogue cabal which is doing damage to America any way they can.

It’s going to get lifted as the block counts as another nationwide injunction and falls afoul of an already existing SCOTUS ruling related to such USPS rules.

The Constitution gives no role to the Executive regarding elections. None. The Founders were not so naive as to dethrone a King in America only to allow him to return by tilting election rules like Putin does. Instead, the Constitution gives authority to administer elections to the states, with Congress as a backup. Trump can go to Congress, where the GOP has majorities in both Houses, if he wants to change election rules.
