🚨BREAKING: Yet another ICE/Border Patrol agent has assaulted a minor… An ICE agent, Gerardo Rodriguez, pulled a gun on a minor and detained him for nearly 20 minutes in Riverside County, while off duty… all because the kid was dropping off a friend near Rodriguez’s home. The next-door neighbor’s... security footage shows Rodriguez was walking in the street with a gun in his hand, then points the gun at the car demanding he stopped, saying he was police. Rodriguez then walks up to the driver’s side window, points his firearm directly at the teenager, and begins interrogating him… demanding ID, asking where he and his family were from (the minor and his family are all U.S. citizens). And shocker… Rodriguez claims the teen was “speeding” and “almost ran him over.” A classic ICE/Border Patrol script they pull out every time they need to justify violence. Police later obtained a search warrant and arrested Rodriguez on November 11. He’s now facing charges including assault by a public officer, child endangerment, and assault with a deadly weapon. 🚨BREAKING: ICE agents were caught, on video, recklessly pointing their GUNS at a CHILD, and multiple other unarmed U.S. citizens… who were nowhere near them… while demanding a legal resident prove his immigration status, in Immokalee, Florida. And this all happened in a busy gas station parking lot… In the video, a person is recording while walking toward the sidewalk… When suddenly, an ICE agent draws his firearm, turns around, and points his gun directly at the unarmed U.S. citizen. And just to be clear… No one was attacking him, rushing toward him, or even armed with any sort of weapon. In fact, no one was even close enough to pose an immediate physical threat. Then, the agent, with his gun still drawn, orders a car to move. As it backs up, he recklessly sweeps his loaded firearm across multiple unarmed people… including a MINOR… who are standing on a public sidewalk, legally record from a distance. The person filming keeps asking… “What’s the threat?” Because the video clearly doesn’t show one. Moments later, the same agent points his gun at the person filming, AGAIN. Then, a shirtless man walks around the vehicle to see what’s happening, and the agent immediately points the gun at him, too. At this point, a second ICE agent is seen, standing on the side of the car, with HIS gun drawn, too. And after all of that… The man, they were demanding papers from, walks away because he wasn’t undocumented. And the ICE agents get into their car and leave. Federal officers are trained to draw their firearms only when they reasonably believe there is an imminent threat of death, or serious bodily harm. Every time a loaded firearm is pointed at someone, there is a risk of a tragic mistake… especially in a public place where innocent bystanders could be caught in the middle. And once again… recording federal agents, from a public place, is protected by the First Amendment, so long as you are not interfering with their duties. And no one was interfering… or even near them. So, what exactly justified having multiple firearms drawn, and pointed at unarmed people, in a crowded gas station parking lot? This wasn’t just dangerous for the people filming… It was dangerous for everyone in that parking lot. And this video is just another example of what happens when poorly trained ICE agents aren’t held accountable.

He left his firearm and ammunition clip sitting on the sink. And when a woman went to wash her hands, he slid the gun and clip into his waistband, called her “sweetie,” and asked her out… all while intoxicated. When security told him to leave, he didn’t. He stumbled around the parking lot with his gun. He tried to toss the gun behind a palm tree as officers pulled up. When they moved in to arrest him, he fought them, injuring one officer during the struggle. And as shown in the body cam footage, the police found his gun was loaded. This is the pattern: ICE and Border Patrol agents are pulling guns on unarmed civilians on duty… and now we’re watching them get drunk, invade women’s bathrooms with their guns, wander public spaces armed, and assault responding police, while they are off duty. According to the criminal complaint, Gregory Morgan, 35, was driving an unmarked SUV on the shoulder of Highway 62… flying past traffic to bypass a rush-hour bottleneck. When another driver briefly moved over to slow him down, Morgan didn’t just move on… He pulled alongside their car, rolled down his window, and pointed a gun directly at both people inside while still driving. The victims called 911, saying they thought a random person was aiming a gun at them. One even recorded video of the SUV, which helped investigators track him down. Morgan later said the same line every ICE agent says… He pulled the gun because he “feared for his safety” and yelled, “police.” But, prosecutors say he wasn’t responding to any emergency or operation… he was simply heading back to a federal building to end his shift. Surveillance footage shows him riding the shoulder, pulling up next to the victims, and staying there for several seconds before speeding off and merging back into traffic. He’s now facing two counts of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, each carrying up to seven years in prison, and a nationwide warrant has been issued for his arrest. It's very clear that there were no federal agents or vehicles in front of Longoria's vehicle, and yet a Border Patrol agent discharged his firearm at him multiple times.

Yesterday, ICE reportedly told police that a man “weaponized” his vehicle by “ramming” into an ICE sedan, forcing an agent to fire his gun during an operation in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Except… that’s not what the video shows. In the video, an ICE agent rushes the driver’s window with his gun drawn. The agent recklessly waves his gun around, and appears to order the driver to roll down the window. That’s an extreme use of force from the very beginning. Another agent approaches the car, and moments later, they violently smash the driver’s window. And notice how the driver doesn’t try to flee until ICE violently escalates everything. He drives around the ICE vehicle, makes it into the street… not hitting a single ICE agent, or vehicle. Then, AFTER the car is already past every agent, and driving away, an ICE agent opens fire. The law is pretty clear… officers may only use deadly force, against a fleeing person, if they have probable cause to believe that person poses an immediate threat of death, or serious physical injury to the officer, or others. So, where was the immediate threat? The car had already passed the agents… and was driving AWAY. ICE also claimed Lara-Hernandez had a criminal history of assault, and that this was a targeted enforcement operation. Yet, publicly available court records reportedly do not show any active warrants. Federal agents don’t get to point guns at people without legal justification. They don’t get to fire at a vehicle after the immediate threat has passed. And they don’t get to lie to police about what happened. So, when are we going to start holding these agents accountable?

He drives around the ICE vehicle, makes it into the street… not hitting a single ICE agent, or vehicle. Then, AFTER the car is already past every agent, and driving away, an ICE agent opens fire. The law is pretty clear… officers may only use deadly force, against a fleeing person, if they have probable cause to believe that person poses an immediate threat of death, or serious physical injury to the officer, or others. So, where was the immediate threat? The car had already passed the agents… and was driving AWAY. ICE also claimed Lara-Hernandez had a criminal history of assault, and that this was a targeted enforcement operation. Yet, publicly available court records reportedly do not show any active warrants. Federal agents don’t get to point guns at people without legal justification. They don’t get to fire at a vehicle after the immediate threat has passed. And they don’t get to lie to police about what happened. So, when are we going to start holding these agents accountable?

While on duty, a police officer entered an IRS building in Ohio with his service weapon, as required by his job. A security guard stopped him, insisting that firearms weren’t allowed inside and asking the officer to put the weapon back in his car. The officer explained that he was on duty and couldn’t leave his firearm behind. The situation escalated when the guard drew his own gun and called 911. When police arrived, they reviewed what happened and ultimately arrested the security guard.

🚨BREAKING: A U.S. citizen was riding his bike in Laredo, Texas… when Border Patrol agents pulled alongside him and illegally tried to block him in. When he kept riding, they chased him down, physically grabbed him by the arm, and immediately started demanding identification and asking where he was from. He told them he born in Laredo, Texas. But that was not good enough. The agent asked, “What high school did you go to?” He answered that, too… and they still kept demanding ID, over and over again. The Fourth Amendment exists for a reason. In America, law enforcement don’t get to randomly stop people, physically grab them, and demand identification because they feel like it. Being on a bike isn’t a crime. You also don’t have to carry an ID on you unless you are operating a motor vehicle… which he was not. So, demanding an ID, without probable cause, is illegal. And the cherry on top? When the man went to use his phone, an agent tried to stop him by grabbing it… apparently unaware the entire encounter was already being recorded by his glasses. If Border Patrol can stop an American born citizen riding his bike, demand his papers, and put their hands on him without stating a lawful reason… every American should be paying attention.
