Cde Tawanda Mukodza has crossed the line. Today in Mutare, instead of allowing the PEC meeting to proceed, he hired paying them $2000 hooligans to block it. This is not leadership it is sabotage. The truth is the PEC is no longer comfortable with him as Provincial Chair because he continues to defy party orders and betray the trust of the structures. 📌Financial Betrayal Wicknell gave $100,000 and $100,000 of Presidential fund from Tungwarara to be disbursed to the province. That money never reached the people. Instead of strengthening Manicaland, Mukodza pocketed it, leaving the structures starved of resources. 📌Corruption in Appointments Positions in Manicaland are no longer earned through loyalty and service. Under Mukodza, they are bought. He demands payment from cadres who want to serve, turning the structures into a marketplace of corruption. 📌During the co-option of Cde Paul Tungwarara, Mukodza went beyond lying he lied that he was instructed to forge his proof of residence. He told the Manicaland Provincial Executive that his actions were orders from the top, when in fact they were his own scheme. He forged Tungwarara’s proof of residence, claiming Chipinge instead of Buhera, and used that false “instruction” as cover to mislead the entire executive. This was not just dishonesty; it was calculated manipulation, dragging the party’s name into disrepute while hiding behind fake authority. 📌Defiance of National Authority When the Mutare Presidential Launch was postponed until further notice, Mukodza ignored the directive from National Political Commissar Cde Munyaradzi Machacha. He went ahead with the program in open defiance of the party’s leadership. This is not discipline. MACHACHA The ZANU-PF's resolution aimed at shaping the country's future, is being implemented through the government and there is no reverse gear only forward momentum. The National Political Commissar Cde M Machacha said this in Mashonaland Central Province Mazowe District where an Interdistrict meeting was held, he also said that the move has sparked discussions with some misinterpreting it as a call for a third term, however Cde Machacha emphasized that is not the case , rather it's about continuing the current term to ensure stability and continuity until 2030. To facilitate the implementation of Resolution Number 1, a committee was established, comprising provincial chairmen from all 10 provinces, provincial PCs, and representatives from all wings. It's sad how the Manicaland Provincial leadership succumbed to their greed inducing them to act against the party's constitution which states that the said position was reserved for a woman who should also be from the same Administrative District. I do not blame Tungwarara but the Manicaland leadership which has exposed its insatiable hunger for money. When did a man become a woman for them to make such a greedy blunder? The whole episode, which is a clear strategic blunder deriving from poor political astuteness, reveals the limitations of depending on money as a political weapon. One has to build a proper support base and entrench themselves within the structures through sincere philanthropy as has happened with Tagwirei who has years of work supporting the party behind him. His track record as a benefactor for the party has been testified about, such as by Hon Shamhu in the video, such that his entrance into party structures was a natural progression. No wonder even those who fought against his co-option into the Central Committee failed. After this Tungwarara should realize that as President Mnangagwa has said, ZANU PF cannot be put into one's pocket. There is a need for one to actually work and not seek shortcuts into power. As a political consultant I have assisted many successful individuals for years and I can tell you today that one has to identify their area of expertise where their potential can be realised. This monied and misguided belief that one has to get a party position is shallow. Like him or not Chivayo has identified his area and doesn't seek a political position. Connections and king-making influence is enough for him and that is a strategy. Equally, Scott Sakupwanya has targeted the Legislative route, successfully. Tagwirei has ignored that and instead sought for a position in the party structure. For one sincerely building support in the party donations can be done from behind the scenes and even through the Chairperson like Oppah Muchinguri or the President. That suffices unless there is a misguided and impulsive desire for power which compels one to continuously hog the limelight dishing gifts as a shortcut to power. However, that can misfire spectacularly if done without enough political wisdom.

Cde Chitepo died on #18March1975 in #Lusaka, #Zambia, when a bomb planted on his car shattered the morning at 150 Muramba Road in Chilenje South. This was after his fiery language and his role in developing Zanu’s new military strategy inevitably made him a target for assassination by the Rhodesian regime. Cde Chitepo and Silas Shamiso, one of his bodyguards, were killed instantly. Sadat Kufamadzuba, his other bodyguard, was injured. Although his murderer remains unidentified, Rhodesian author Peter Stiff says that a former British SAS soldier, Hugh Hind, was responsible. Cde Chitepo was born in Mutasa District, Manicaland Province on June 15, 1923 - the year that the British South Africa Company, a legacy of Cecil John Rhodes, lost its grip on the country they called Southern Rhodesia. Cde Chitepo was the first black citizen of Rhodesia to become a barrister. This was where he met his wife Victoria a heroine who was also interred at the national shrine. After teaching for a year, he resumed his studies to graduate with a BA degree from Fort Hare University College in 1949. In 1954, Cde Chitepo became the then Rhodesia’s first black lawyer. On returning to Rhodesia in 1954, he practised as a lawyer and defended African nationalists such as Ndabaningi Sithole. In 1961, he served as legal adviser to the late Father Zimbabwe, Dr Joshua Nkomo, founder of the Zimbabwe African People’s Union (ZAPU), at the Southern Rhodesia Constitutional Conference in London. The Art Of War🐊🐊🐊 The Matinyarare Affair – Betrayal, Hypocrisy, and the Commercialisation of Disrespect😒 While businessman Sir Wicknell Chivayo sir_wicknell. took a principled stand against rewarding those who insult the Presidency, Presidential Adviser Cde Paul Tungwarara shamelessly handed the very same gifts, a Land Cruiser and US$200,000 to Rutendo Matinyarare, a known detractor of the President and First Family. This is not merely an inconsistency; it is a deliberate undermining of the very authority Cde Tungwarara is meant to defend🥹 Sir Wicknell Chivayo was unequivocal: he would have gladly extended a Land Cruiser 300 Series and US$300,000 and much more to Rutendo Matinyarare had Matinyarare shown basic respect to the President and the First Family. Sir sir_wicknell. refused to "normalise the abnormal." He drew a clear line: loyalty and decency are non-negotiable prerequisites for reward. He stood by the principle that you cannot insult the highest office in the land and still expect to be treated as a beneficiary. Enter Cde Paul Tungwarara a man appointed to serve and protect the President's interests. Instead of upholding the dignity of the office he represents, Cde Tungwarara turned around and offered Matinyarare exactly what Sir sir_wicknell. withheld: a Land Cruiser and US$200,000. This weakens the office and emboldens further attacks. 2. Betraying Loyalists – Those who have stood by the President in good faith are now watching a known detractor being rewarded. This is a slap in the face to every loyal supporter. 3. Tungwaz’s message is now clear: If you attack loudly enough, you get paid. If you stay loyal, you are ignored. 4. Embarrassing the Government – This debacle has handed opposition forces and critics a weapon. The government is now being mocked for rewarding its enemies while neglecting its friends. #Tungwaz has committed an act of gross indiscretion. By rewarding Matinyarare, he has not only contradicted Sir sir_wicknell.'s principled position but has also compromised the integrity of the Presidency. This is not a misunderstanding it is a deliberate affront. Cde Tungwarara must be held accountable, and ZANU PF must issue a clear statement that disrespect to our President President of Zimbabwe and the First Family will never be rewarded. Many, like this writer, who have known him or are familiar with with Dr Mushayavanhu's work in various capacities in his profession, and who have wished him well in his new public responsibility at the highest echelon of the Central Bank, would like to think that Dr Mushayavanhu was appointed to the position of RBZ governor on merit; in light of his competitive qualifications and acclaimed experience in the financial services and banking sector. But going by the outrageous stuff he's captured saying on the attached video clip, when he was celebrating his appointment with his clansmen at his village, it seems Dr Mushayavanhu sees himself as having been appointed on account of his home village, tribe and region; a consideration which leaves him deservedly vulnerable to the charge that he's just a primitive tribalist and regionaliist. The fact that the late Predident Mugabe who hailed from Mashonaland appointed four successive RBZ governors from Manicaland, should have given Dr Mushayavanhu a substantive reason to pause and think better, rationally and consider that all of his four predecessors were arguably appointed on merit; not on account of their tribe or region. In any event, it was crude and unbecoming of a Central Bank governor for Dr Mushayavanhu to gratuitously smear the names of all the previous RBZ governors before him, namely, Dr James Kombo Moyana; Dr Leonard Tsumba; Dr Gideon Gono and Dr John Mangudya, when he disrespectfully and unprofessionally referred to them individually by their names in an unsavoury tribal and regional reference; as he addressed his clansmen at his home village, in crass celebration of his RBZ appointment as a tribal and regional achievement. Today, I had the pleasure of being invited to speak at the Mujiba and Chimbwido Association of Zimbabwe, who gathered at the City Sports Centre for their general meeting. Today, in my capacity as a ZANU-PF Central Committee member, I joined fellow comrades at Gaza Primary School in Ward 6, Chipinge Central Constituency, for the critical National Cell Verification exercise. This remains a cornerstone initiative for our revolutionary party, ensuring a meticulous and robust audit of our grassroots membership. I extend my sincere gratitude to my Cell Group Chairman for granting me the platform to address and engage with our dedicated party cadres. It was profoundly inspiring to witness the vibrant revolutionary fervor of our members as they chanted and sang, “2030 ndeyaEmmerson." OAU transport system was near perfect, adequate buses and bikes, we rarely experienced queues until the First Lady came and decided she didn’t like the ease of transportation and introduced “change” by donating CNG buses. The school management in turn banned all motorcycles and commercial buses on campus and subjected over 30,000 students to just about 50 buses and a few tricycles. OAU has one of the largest land masses of any Nigerian university, yet students are now stranded daily. This is a Monday morning where students are supposed to rush for class, but they are stuck at the campus gate because of the inefficiency of the CNG buses. Students are struggling to go to class in the morning and in the evenings to even get back to their hostels. Students staying off campus now spend almost double to get to campus, all alternative transport means have been removed The management have cars to bypass all of this, but majority of students do not. Yet they released statements talking about how the buses will “ease transportation” and even implied students appreciate the system. Meanwhile, students are trekking, missing classes, and spending hours in queues. Let it be clear that students do not appreciate this system. It has made our lives harder, not better. What used to be a smooth system has now become a daily struggle. There are many pressing issues in this school, but they chose to dismantle a working transport system and replace it with hardship. We can no longer remain silent. Let the whole world know what OAU students are going through. BREAKING NEWS: The Kenya Revenue Authority have released a statement informing the public that it will not be renewing Humphrey Wattanga's contract as KRA Commissioner General. He proceeds on terminal leave with immediate effect. He has since been replaced by Dr Lilian Nyawanda, currently serving as Commissioner Customs & Border Control (C&BC). Dr Nyawanda started off her career in taxation at KRA in 2003 as a graduate trainee. In 2009, she moved to Deloitte as a senior consultant for Customs and international trade. Subsequently, she worked at EABL in various roles until 2019 when she moved to the Diageo Centre of Excellence to oversee customs governance, risk management and international trade operations across Africa. Dr Nyawanda holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Policy and Administration from the Walden University, an MBA in Strategic Management from the USIU-Africa and an M. Phil in Public Policy from the Walden University. She is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, as well as the International Public Policy Association (IPPA). Dr Nyawanda was awarded a Lifetime Membership by the Golden Key International Honor Society.

The third book launch of opposition politician Job Sikhala’s book, Footprints in the chains at Charles Austin Theatre in Masvingo on Friday night was disrupted by Zanu PF hooligans allegedly sponsored by a senior party official from Gutu. The youth attacked guests as journalist Matthew Takaona who was the main speaker delivered his speech. The notorious and well known youth from Rujeko and other suburbs of Masvingo broke furniture, threw tables at guests and threw away the books that were meant to be sold at the function. Takaona called for a healing process for communities in Mashonaland, Manicaland and Mutare Provinces for the orgy of violence that gripped these areas during the elections of 2000, 2002, 2005 and 2008, adding that people were left deeply divided. Mutsvangwa has described the late Blessed Bombshell Geza as a great hero before and after independence. Mutsvangwa attributed the downfall of Mugabe and the rise of Mnangagwa to Geza’s leading role. Mutsvangwa said it was Geza who actually mobilised him (Mutsvangwa) into the programme to topple Mugabe. He also described the Gezas’ as a family of heroes with the late’s siblings having been top commanders in Zanla and Zipa. Mutsvangwa said the only thing that tainted Geza’s record was his attack on the Second Republic. He however, said Geza’s attack on Mnangagwa was caused by his ill-health that saw him being manipulated by the G40s’.
