Brett Baty just his his fourth spring homer, this one off Marcus Stroman. Baty had a tremendous camp and, out of the gate, should start most days against right-handed starters.

We gotta make this kid comfortable and get him everyday at-bats. No more spot starts and random pinch-hitting assignments. He’s 25 and his upside is top 10 hitter.

I hope that he will continue to bring this to opening day & beyond it's a nice look for him 😉

At this point, would it make sense just to start him everyday against anyone RHP or LHP? When he first came up in 2022, that was the plan. In his second game of his career, he hit a ball of a LHP with over 110 exit velo. I think he should just play everyday based on his spring.

Maybe finishing his swing with both hands on the bat will make all the difference. Everyone is pulling for Baty even if we still doubt him until we see it everyday
