I’m sorry but this is nothing more than a fancy visualization of an introduction to the basic idea of string theory - that all elementary particles are derived from strings. The first half (70+ seconds) of the video is about classic theory, and then 50 seconds on how does string theory go one step further, followed by 20 seconds of examples. How exact did it “explain” the string theory?

Oh Brian - You're so dramatic! Nice! - But no cigar for string theory. You will eventually learn Hierarchy of Energy theory... That time can be sooner or it can be later, BUT it will be! String theory has some good components but it still misses the big picture.

String theory got lot of momentum during our PhD days, I do believe some of the empirical status is still tough to achieve, our physics and math and spiritual understanding are not there yet.
