This just ruined seafood for me… A man is about to cook shrimp, normal, routine, until he looks a little closer… and realizes there are parasites inside. It's not something you’d ever expect to SEE. I basically didn't know who Lex Fridman was until this past week, and then I started seeing his clips. He gives off the energy of a spectrum kid who is very confident that he's really smart but is too stupid to realize he's not that smart, and just quotes other people to make you think he's smart... That kind of person gets really exposed in a debate, or in this case, an interview, with someone who actually knows what they are talking about. Zelensky knows this war, he knows Ukraine, he knows Ukrainians, he knows Putin, he knows Russia, he knows Russians. Fridman comes off as someone who wants you to believe he understands it all too, and he can show another perspective but Zelensky just really overwhelms him so he comes off looking like a doofus.

this is what a fighting spirit spot should look like. you can see kawada registering the damage and watch as he fights through the pain to get back to his feet. then kawada gets off some offense while clearly weakened before kobashi is able to blast him one time before going down from the offense kawada delivered. it's not just jumping up after a move with your fists balled and yelling "ahhhh!"

This is by Ubisoft's design of course. You get so used to seeing the world through Haytham's eyes for hours and hours that it's hard to separate yourself from him once it's over. You can never get a complete read on the type of person he is, but throughout his journey you hope that deep down he truly is a good man. Maybe in some ways he is and by the end you're convinced once you see his capacity for love and to do good, that is until he presents the Templar Ring to Charles Lee. Then you realize he's led by disturbing ideals of control and order. That he isn't on the same side that you are. And that hurts. It hurts so good. 😂 May the Father of Understanding Guide Us.
