Everyone keeps telling her to eat less fat so her body will burn stored fat. But it is not working. And there is a reason for that. When you come from a background of insulin resistance your body has literally lost the ability to tap into stored fat. Elevated insulin for extended periods shoves glucose into your fat cells and locks it behind closed doors. Your liver is still running around looking for glucose because that is all it has ever known. You cannot fix that by eating less fat. You fix it by flooding your body with fat. Fat keeps you satiated, stabilizes your mood, gives you steady energy, and keeps your hormones balanced. Fat is not the enemy. Fat is literally the building material your body runs on. About 70% of your calories should be coming from fat. That is not a typo. Once your liver concedes and fat becomes the rule of the land that is fat adaptation. And THAT is when you can start pulling back on dietary fat slightly and let your body tap into its own stores. That is when the weight really starts moving. I know it sounds completely backwards. I lived on low fat my entire life and ballooned to 330 pounds eating way too many carbohydrates. It took me months to unlearn everything I had been taught. The answer has always been fat. It will always be fat.👑

Here’s the clip from the #HarryandMeghan Oprah shitshow where #MeghanMarkle disparages the #PrincessofWales while repeatedly saying she’s not disparaging her. Markle’s main point is that SHE cried and she did NOT make Catherine cry. How does she know? How does she know she didn’t? She doesn’t. There’s a reason you NEVER hear about the Princess being rude to people or having issues with staff or family-because she doesn’t. #PrincessCatherine is very measured and careful in how she treats others while you hear nothing about Markle than her issues with people, conflict, Markle-ing them, and bullying. So what’s the likely scenario? Markle has countless estrangements, Catherine has none. Markle essentially says that because of the conflict (there’s that word again) with her father before the wedding, apparently everyone should have been kissing her ass and allowing any kind of disrespectful behavior because of a situation she and Harry caused with Thomas Markle. This was Meghan Markle’s SECOND wedding yet she’s acting like she’s brand new at it. She’s visibly angry that the Palace didn’t get into the mud with the press about the crying story-she should be GRATEFUL because it wouldn’t have been flattering to her. She and Harry wanted the Palace to fight every single story that they didn’t like & that’s not how it works-that’s how you give negativity life. The low-fat carnivore trend falsely claims to mimic an ancestral diet. This is wrong. ​Ancestors ate high-fat megafauna (mammoths); hunters today still target fat-rich animals (whales, seals, polar bears). Even Arctic fish are fat-rich. Larger animals, especially Arctic species hunted in the Ice Ages, naturally carry a higher percentage of body fat. Significant inter-abdominal fat is also found in the omentum, mesentery, and around the kidneys. Healthy animals simply have more fat than starving ones. ​Due to decades of processed food propaganda, people now discard nutritious subcutaneous and abdominal fat, consuming only lean muscle. Discarding this fat is not an ancestral practice. ​Avoiding animal fat sacrifices vital nutrients—DHA, EPA, Vitamins D3, K2, A, E, choline, cholesterol, and saturated fat—essential for neurological function and child brain development. ​Weight stalls often stem from a "dirty carnivore" diet (dairy, artificial sweeteners). When issues arise, people wrongly blame high fat, forgetting high-fat carnivore initially drove their health and weight loss. Switching to low-fat risks malnutrition and protein poisoning, which can result in weight loss, but at the expense of health. As health suffers, people blame long-term ketosis on the poor health effects, even though this is against all the best long-term peer-reviewed evidence (See my YouTube video "Is ketosis harmful?"l for more). Remember that your hormones like testosterone and estrogen are made out of cholesterol, and avoiding fat will make all hormones suffer. Eating carbs raises insulin and insulin resistance, which suppresses testosterone in men and estrogen in women. Fat is an essential nutrient, and is good for you. Don't avoid fat just because it's trendy and you don't want to give up dairy or sweets. That is good for you, so eat the damn fat. #carnivore #carnivorediet
