If a president is impeached by the House but not convicted by the Senate, they are still eligible to run for a third term. Donald Trump was impeached twice by the House of Representatives. Both times, he was acquitted by the Senate, meaning he was not convicted. Trump 2028!!

Grok isn't taking into consideration that the Constitution was changed in 1871 when the Rothschilds bailed out the US. That version of the Constitution is now invalid and we now operate under the original one. So the 22nd amend. is also invalid and doesn't apply to Trump.
