Bringing a B-29 Superfortress in for a landing ✈️

That somehow feels like the pilot doesn't have a lot of control and is along for the ride Does one of the gauges show "luck remaining"?

This is what a normal landing looks like. Most people don't realize how much the pilot has to move the yoke or stick and rudder pedals to keep the plane lined up with the runway and on the glideslope with the proper amount of speed, descent rate and pitch (slight nose up).

I feel like every vehicle made in the '50s has that much wheel play to keep it center.

Something doesn’t look right. No matter what the pilot does with the controls it doesn’t seem to affect the aircraft.

Auto throttle and glass cockpit B29? That’s not exactly stock.
