1930 is the number you need to call. The reason is simple. They are the ones responsible for tracking and freezing money moving in and out of the system. Calling a bank employee is a waste of time because that employee only has access to your own bank account. Once the money is deducted, it can be transferred to any number of other banks. Only government authorities can freeze that money across the system. After that, further action can be taken. Don’t waste time on bank employees. Call 1930.
