"Ireland's immigration laws may have to change" The Minister for Justice has said Ireland will need to be "nimble" and may need to change its own laws and provisions in order to respond to proposed overhaul in UK asylum laws. It comes as Britain is set to overhaul its approach to human rights laws to make it easier to deport migrants who arrive illegally, in a major shake-up of asylum policy. Jim O'Callaghan said he expects the proposed changes to UK asylum laws will have an impact on Ireland and that the Government may have to change the law here in response. The minister was speaking at Farmleigh House following the British Irish-Intergovernmental Conference where he and Tánaiste Simon Harris met British Secretary of State for Northern Ireland Hilary Benn and Under-Secretary of State for Northern Ireland Matthew Patrick. Mr O'Callaghan said "every country has a right to introduce its own migration policy". "The British government has every right to bring forward its own proposals, but we would ask and are grateful for close engagement, because we clearly have interdependencies here because of the contract here," he said.

A Muslim in Britain has no problem saying the quiet part out loud: he wants to impose full Islamic Sharia law on the entire British population. Under Sharia, women are not considered human beings with rights, they are property owned by men. The same laws permit child marriage, forced marriage, the enslavement of non-Muslim women as sex slaves, and the legal murder of any non-Muslim who refuses to submit to Islam. This is not a “personal belief.” This is a direct demand to replace British law, British freedom and British values with the barbaric 7th-century rule of Sharia. Not all cultures are equal.

This is Britain now. A foreign man holds a British child in place while a gang of youths beat him senseless. The video is sickening. A little British boy being restrained and attacked by a group that has no business being here in the first place. This isn’t “enrichment.” This is the direct, predictable result of decades of mass immigration from incompatible cultures, weak borders, and a political class that has refused to protect British children. While our own kids are being targeted on the streets, the authorities often seem more interested in protecting the feelings of certain communities than in keeping our streets safe. We’ve seen this pattern before — grooming gangs that raped and trafficked thousands of British girls for years while police and councils looked the other way. Now we have street violence where foreign men hold British children down so their mates can attack them. And what’s the response? Too often, hesitation, excuses, or two-tier policing that treats native victims as secondary. The British people did not vote for this. We did not consent to turning our towns and cities into places where our children are no longer safe walking down the street. The same government that imports these problems then expects us to accept the violence as the new normal. This has to stop. Foreign nationals involved in attacks on British children should face immediate deportation after any sentence. No human rights loopholes. No endless appeals. The safety of our kids comes first. Why oh why doesn’t our establishment accept that its only moral obligation is to the British state and the British people? Not to global welfare. Not to international liberalism. To us, and our country, and our self-government. That is it. The moment they do that, so many of the issues which plague our society become easier to manage. Immigration is no longer a question of benefitting the largest number of global citizens but about boosting the British economy while keeping British people safe. Foreign relations is not about promoting obscure minority rights in far off lands but about securing British interests wherever necessary. And most of all we drop the idea that every culture in the world is the same and therefore anybody can fit in here, and celebrate the fact that Britain has a highly distinct, highly evolved culture all of its own that we want to cherish and protect. What’s so difficult about that?

This is a painful watch. Why is Reform standing foreign candidates at all? And why is Nigel Farage MP racialising the argument while completely ignoring the bigger point? It’s not complicated. Only the British people should stand in British elections, and only the British people should be able to vote in them. Why bring skin colour into it? This is classic left-wing tactics, deflecting into a race debate instead of addressing a legitimate concern: the sheer number of foreign candidates being put forward who have no ancestral or cultural connection to this country is mental. Should an Englishman be able to stand in an Indian election? Of course not, and I would expect India to never even entertain that as a possibility. Not being able, or willing, to define what it means to be English is no different to not being able to define what a woman is. And on the wider point, X is a platform for free speech. Three years. No National Insurance. For Indian nationals working in the UK. Yes — you heard that right. The government’s latest initiative gives foreign workers a three-year free ride while British workers are taxed to the max. Please… make it make sense to me. Does this mean they won’t be using the NHS? Won’t need our infrastructure? Won’t access the very services National Insurance is supposed to fund? Because I think we all know the answer to that — of course they will. So while YOU pay in, they get a tax break. How is that fair to the millions of British workers who are struggling every single day? This isn’t fairness. This isn’t putting our country first. A Social contract between a population of people & it’s Government is NOT supposed to be a suicide pact. If a government breaches the social contract by becoming tyrannical or if they fail to protect its citizens & their rights, then the citizens have every right to end this abusive & dangerous contract, overthrow their governments & install a new government of their choosing. Governments only hold power because WE THE PEOPLE give them power.
