The footage showed sudden nightly raids on cells, where prisoners are forced to lie face down on the ground and are shackled in a humiliating manner amidst the shouting of guards. As many prisoners in neighboring countries or even in Europe never leave their cells & wards, Uganda prisons is unique that these guys have freedom inside prison to play music and shake up a bit, play soccer, attain artisanal skills, continue with the normal education curriculum system and others.
