$A flight attendant miraculously survived the collision between an Air Canada plane and a fire truck at LaGuardia Airport. The crew member, who was on an Air Canada Jazz flight, survived what her daughter described as a “complete miracle” after being ejected more than 100 metres from the aircraft while still strapped to her seat. She sustained multiple fractures and was taken to hospital for surgery on a broken leg. According to her social media profile, she had worked as a flight attendant for Jazz for 26 years.
