This incident occurred earlier in November at Brazilian fairground when a suspected fault caused the seat to flip, prompting the girl and her 13-year-old pal to tumble out. The 13 year old, who fell more then 20 feet, was hospitalized for damage to the pelvic region. The 11 year old girl (seen in the video) was taken to the hospital, before being discharged with no injuries.
