This seems like insurance fraud. She was staring straight at him before she went in the road.

Not a Tesla guy but all cars should have cameras like they do. 👍

That is Jay walking. The car did nothing wrong. Proceeded to go around the car blocking traffic and the pedestrian decided to run into the street without looking. I don't get that, I have never blindly walked into a street in my life. Even when S#itface drunk I don't do that WTF

Looks like it is in a shitty part of California. Jaywalking is LEGAL here and it is the responsibility of drivers to avoid pedestrians. Even though the video shows him going slowly and cautiously, he will probably be found at fault and be on the receiving end of a big $ lawsuit. TBH, I am kind of surprised they didn't assault him or his car. That is how a lot of things like these play out in crappy neighborhoods.

here in NJ, you are suppose to stop, and the precede slowly at Ice Crean Trucks. Plus, is he driving on the wrong side of the street?

I dunno man. If I see an ice cream truck stopped, I assume kids are near. This dude just went for an immediate pass, like it was just some regular car stopped. Seems reckless to me.
