Vaal taxi driver appears in court over 14 learner deaths, abandons bail application Twenty-two-year-old Ayanda Dludla appeared this morning in the Vanderbijlpark Magistrate’s Court in connection with the deadly Vaal scholar transport crash that claimed 14 learners’ lives. Dludla, the driver of the minibus taxi involved, faces 14 counts of culpable homicide, three counts of attempted murder, and charges of reckless and negligent driving as well as driving without proper documentation. He was apprehended after being discharged from hospital and is represented by Legal Aid. The case has been postponed to 5 March 2026, and Dludla will remain in custody, having indicated that he will not apply for bail.

Today, we gather to honor the memory of Peter Lynch. Peter Lynch, 61, was a devoted husband of 36 years, a father to four adult children, and a loving grandfather to three. Tragically, Peter became a target for simply exercising his right to free speech—holding a placard and sharing his perspectives on multiculturalism. Despite his peaceful actions, he was unjustly branded a racist and subjected to a severe punishment that he did not deserve. Peter’s passing is a profound loss, and we must confront the injustice that led to it. Wow, the plot continues to thicken. In new released footage, you can see the entire unedited moments from #ToryLanez backstage up to his appearance at #RollingLoud Miami 2021. In case you forgot, #MeganTheeStallion and the LA district attorney’s office claimed that both #DaBaby and #ToryLanez attempted to rush the stage while Megan was performing and that Tory violated his protection order of keeping 100 ft away from her. Prosecutors was able to convince the court that Tory violated his protection order and his bail was raised to $250,000. During Tory’s motion for bail pending his appeal prosecutors sited this same incident to show that Tory does not know how to follow bail conditions and should be denied bail. His bail was denied and he remains incarcerated pending appeal. WOW… thoughts ?

This despite the prosecutor telling the court time and time again that he can’t be here on Monday at all and if he is here it will be much later. BREAKING: A life insurance payout may have been the motive behind the killing of 41-year-old Salom Nikanor, the Ondangwa Magistrate’s Court heard this morning. Andreas Sunday Kanyanga (25) appeared in court on charges of murder and obstructing or defeating the course of justice. He was remanded in custody as police investigations continue. The State alleges that Kanyanga, a soldier, had taken out a life insurance policy on Nikanor. Prosecutors claim that while facing financial difficulties, Kanyanga allegedly killed Nikanor after becoming impatient that he was “taking long to die”, in order to claim the insurance payout. Opposing bail, prosecutor Naledi ||Hoeses told the court that the offence is serious and violent in nature. She alleged that Nikanor was unlawfully killed and that his body was later dumped in a water pan. The State further indicated that evidence points to mutilation of the body, demonstrating a high degree of violence and cruelty. ||Hoeses argued that granting bail at this stage would jeopardise ongoing investigations, including the recovery and forensic analysis of exhibits, outstanding post-mortem reports, and the tracing and questioning of key witnesses. Kanyanga was informed of his right to legal representation and indicated that he intends to apply for a government-funded lawyer. He was also advised of his right to bring a formal bail application, which the State said it would oppose. The court ordered that Kanyanga remain in custody at the Ondangwa police cells. Update Here’s the sporting/racing motorboat Gautam Singhania was driving. He thought he was operating it in a calm river/lake in India. But Maldives doesn’t have rivers, we have rough seas. After the accident caused by his low quality and drunk driving, he was brought to Felidhu with visible injuries to his face and hand. He refused to provide his personal infor and declined to sign the medical records, which hospitals are required to maintain for every patient they treat. He was extremely rude. He was the one driving the racing motorboat, it’s been confirmed and his negligence led to the two people who are still missing. Now, taxpayer funded drones are being used to search for the missing individuals. And he has fled the country with full support and assistance from police and MNDF, so there won’t be any criminal charges against him.

🚨 BREAKING: Grooming gang guilty of RAPING and abusing GIRLS in ROCHDALE Seven men have been found guilty of sexually exploiting two teenage girls who were repeatedly raped and assaulted in Rochdale for five years. The gang was convicted at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court of various sexual offences against the girls between 2001 and 2006. The victims were groomed from the age of 13 and treated as "sex slaves", being expected to "have sex with the men whenever and wherever they wanted", the trial heard. Jurors deliberated for three weeks before delivering their unanimous guilty verdicts. The court heard that both girls had "deeply troubled home lives" and were plied with drugs, alcohol and cigarettes and given places to stay. Three of the abusers, Mohammed Zahid, 64, Mushtaq Ahmed, 67, and Kasir Bashir, 50, were stallholders on the town's indoor market. Father-of-three Zahid, who was known as Boss Man, gave free underwear from his lingerie stall to both complainants. He also gifted them with money, alcohol and food in return for the expectation of regular sex with him and his friends, the court heard. In 2016, Zahid was jailed for five years in an earlier grooming gang case after he engaged in sexual activity in 2006 with a 15-year-old girl who he met when she visited his stall to buy tights for school.
