Cap is broken, he is the best tank right now , he is stometimes baned , but he is not perma baned because he still needs a team and you would rather ban the other hitlers like jean/starlord/dd/gambit/rocket/cyclops/elsa/wolv since they require less coordonation .

Try playing against dive on console where 1.5 mil play compared to not even 100k on pc. Dive is really really good on console. They need to make different balance changes on console and pc. Because the way things are going neither pc nor console players are happy.
