‘Middle class needs be pampered rather than being sandwiched between the rich & poor’-Thank you Raghav Chadha for consistently standing for the middle class!! No benefit to Middle class in budget despite personal Income tax (11 lac Cr) greater than Corporate Tax (9 lac Cr)

We know exactly who built this country. The middle class did. And unions built the middle class.

Trump’s Budget Bill is abandoning the middle class, and actually raising expenses for Americans living below the poverty line. Trump’s Budget Bill is a massive transfer of wealth. Trump’s Budget Bill expands our deficit by over 3 trillion dollar, helping the wealthiest and hurting working people. Trump’s Budget Bill has to be stopped.

Unlike Donald Trump, I grew up in a middle class neighborhood with a working mother who kept a strict budget and made sure our family had all that we needed. I will never forget where I come from—and I will always put the middle class first.

We can't raid the savings of low-income and middle-class New Yorkers to insulate the wealthiest people and corporations. Someone has to pay for the budget (and the former mayor's mistakes). Only Governor Hochul can decide who: The ultra wealthy, OR working-class New Yorkers.

We're 8 hours into fighting back against a Republican budget that betrays the middle class — and House Budget Committee Democrats aren't backing down. We won't stand by while Republicans steal taxpayer dollars and give them to their billionaire donors.
