Buffing PMLG (More info below)

So for some reason, going in frame by frame at least, if you input PMLG the frame after you get hit, your PMLG state is activated, but still remains stored. What this means is that you can essentially PMLG multiple times per move. Multi-PMLG if you will

For example, Falcon Nair has 6 frames between each hit. You can’t PMLG minecart to kill ( frame 18) but by doing it on Nair 1 and 2 you can do it as a punish. Just 1 frame gaps let us Multi-PMLG instead of the usual 3

Plus, if you input B twice, you can set up MLG, so tbh you decide what’s best for you
