hey if you have a 3060, or any GPU with 8GB or more sitting in a drawer right now, that thing can run 9 billion parameters of intelligence autonomously. and you don't know it yet. 2 hours ago i posted that 9B hit a ceiling. 2,699 lines across 11 files. blank screen. said the limit for autonomous multifile coding on 9 billion parameters is real. then i audited every file. found 11 bugs. exact file, exact line, exact fix. duplicate variable declarations killing the script loader. a canvas reference never connected to the DOM. enemies with no movement logic. particle systems called on the class instead of the instance. fed that list as a single prompt to the same Qwen 3.5 9B on the same RTX 3060 through Hermes Agent. it fixed all 11. surgically. patch level edits across 4 files. no rewrites. no hallucinated changes. game boots. enemies spawn, move, collide. background renders. particles fire. and here's what nobody is talking about. this is a 9 billion parameter model running a full agentic framework. Hermes Agent with 31 tools. file operations, terminal, browser, code execution. not a single tool call failed. the agent chain never broke. most people think you need 70B+ for reliable tool use. this is 9B on 12 gigs doing it clean. the model didn't fail. my prompting strategy did. the ceiling is not the parameter count. the ceiling is how you prompt it. this is not done. bullets don't fire yet. boss fights need wiring. but the screen that was black 2 hours ago now has a full game rendering in real time. iterating right now. anyone with a GPU from the last 5 years should be paying attention to what is happening right now.

To all of the people JUST learning about the HORRIFIC stuff that's been done to children for sick thrills, political, monetary and leverage gain, come in and grab a chair. My advice to you, would be to find your nearest conspiracy theorist and have a discussion, or two, or three, depending on what you can actually handle because, it is DEEP, DARK and VERY SICK. Let me further educate you before your journey. Trump IS NOT one of these people. He is the "outsider" that started the ball rolling on this in the early 2000's. It doesn't matter what the media, your followers, or peer pressure is making you think. They are driving a narrative because the "outsider", the guy not allowed in the club anymore, KNOWS THEIR SECRETS. They want him gone, so business can continue as normal. This spans from your local cities, to your states, to the federal government, to other countries, all the way up to the people you now call the elites, the 1%. The World Banks, The WEF, The W.H.O., the U.N. It's how it's all been run, for at minimum, decades. It's done for control and power. I will say trust some of those people you have called crazy conspiracy theorists about this stuff for years and years. So much more of what they say is true, rather than not. “They vote for me now, all of the Bobby people are gonna vote for me.” MAGA please listen up. RFK supporters don’t owe Trump their vote just because RFK has endorsed Trump. Many RFK supporters don’t believe they can trust Trump and are on the fence. Would all Trump supporters support Nikki Haley if Trump randomly endorsed her? This isn’t a perfect analogy but you get the point. This whole “you need to vote for Trump or else you will help Kamala win” BS is what makes RFK supporters hesitant to vote for Trump. They hate the tribalism, and the them versus us mindset. Now a majority of MAGA has been great and all for Unity and rational thought. As with any group there are some bad actors which make it bad for everyone. It’s critical that MAGA call these people out who have been attacking RFK supporters for being hesitant to vote for Trump recently. Trump himself has also got to do a much better job persuading RFK supporters. As of late he has just been referring to RFK as a “good team player” and saying “all RFK’s voters will vote for me,” which is possibly the worse thing he could say to persuade on the fence RFK supporters. RFK’s supporters are filled with people from just about every part of the political spectrum, with a few common beliefs including that the two party system continually lets us down. So now it’s Trump’s job to persuade this group that the system they believe is corrupt (which it is) will be different under him. FSD 14.3.5 Down Under initial review Let me start right at the top by saying that in my 2.5 hour drive, I had 2 instances of a critical issue which I'm sad to say, in my opinion is a blocker to any wide roll-out of this build. The issue is shown in the clip below, which I'm calling the "Wiggle of Death". Half way through the roundabout you can see the steering wheel start wiggling from left to right as the car heads straight for the curb. Had I not intervened, it could have resulted in an impact. Hurry now feels super comfortable and standard sits just a little further back again. 🎉 Lane changes were not a problem the entire drive. Every single one felt natural. I never really had many issues on 14.3.3 though tbh INCONCLUSIVE Speed sign recognition - I didn't have any instances today of it misreading a speed sign, however I didn't pass any 90 signs this time which have been most problematic on 14.3.3 - need more testing to confirm either way Exits on freeways - Didn't have any instances of it trying to take incorrect exits on freeways, though this had only happened a couple of times to me on 14.3.3 so need more data to confirm either way UNRESOLVED School zones - same issue occurred near my house where the car goes 40 regardless whether school zone is active or not and did not read the END SCHOOL ZONE sign to signal it to return to the speed limit. Didn't test during school zone hours though. Brake jabbing / hard braking due to indecisiveness at roundabouts - still had several occurrences of this tonight. Not particularly unsafe, but still uncomfortable. REGRESSION Noticed a couple of random slowdowns on the highway for no apparent reason. Nothing major, just strange. CONSLUSION A real shame about the Wiggle of Death, because other than that it's a really solid build and has fixed the major usability issues from 14.3.3. I'm hoping for a quick fix from the Tesla AI team. I logged lots of snapshots and some disengagements for them to review.

FSD 14.3.5 Down Under initial review Let me start right at the top by saying that in my 2.5 hour drive, I had 2 instances of a critical issue which I'm sad to say, in my opinion is a blocker to any wide roll-out of this build. The issue is shown in the clip below, which I'm calling the "Wiggle of Death". Half way through the roundabout you can see the steering wheel start wiggling from left to right as the car heads straight for the curb. Had I not intervened, it could have resulted in an impact. OAU transport system was near perfect, adequate buses and bikes, we rarely experienced queues until the First Lady came and decided she didn’t like the ease of transportation and introduced “change” by donating CNG buses. The school management in turn banned all motorcycles and commercial buses on campus and subjected over 30,000 students to just about 50 buses and a few tricycles. OAU has one of the largest land masses of any Nigerian university, yet students are now stranded daily. This is a Monday morning where students are supposed to rush for class, but they are stuck at the campus gate because of the inefficiency of the CNG buses. Students are struggling to go to class in the morning and in the evenings to even get back to their hostels. Students staying off campus now spend almost double to get to campus, all alternative transport means have been removed The management have cars to bypass all of this, but majority of students do not. Yet they released statements talking about how the buses will “ease transportation” and even implied students appreciate the system. Meanwhile, students are trekking, missing classes, and spending hours in queues. Let it be clear that students do not appreciate this system. It has made our lives harder, not better. 🔴IMPROVE YOUR SUPER COUNTER🔴 I will refer to you the host as player 1 and friend as player 2 Step 1 - Invite friend to room and create a private match Step 2 - Make DP teams, equip Max health and ki recovery to all your character for this match. Step 3 - To initiate training player 1 should approach player 2 and charge melee attack (smash attack it’s called in game) As demonstrated on this video, also note you have 2 assault vanishing attacks not including lightning attack which would be (O on ps5) per assault combo string. Player 2 can try and super counter that first charged attack and if he fails he’s got another 2 chances at super counter after you follow up the next two vanishing assaults. Step 4 - Flick Up followed by rush attack (⬆️+🟪) so UP first than SQUARE almost simultaneously but fast! on hit. It sounds silly that it has to be on hit but it is literally how it is done so (same time you get hit is the time you input ⬆️+🟪) Step 5 - Never break this rule: you and your friend can only damage each other with successful Super counter. A little tip to reset the vanishing assaults mid vanishing assault combo sequence. - So say player 1 has connected a charged smash and a(1) vanishing assault, And player 2 did not succeed in executing super counters, what should happen next is player 2 should vanish the 2nd Vanishing Assault of player 1 by pressing (🔴) instead of attempting Super Counter (⬆️+🟪), and once player two knocks back player 1 with a successful 🔴 counter player 2 should now press 🔺to do 2 vanishing assault combos, whilst player 1 attempts doing (Super Counter), and if player 1 fails to super counter the first vanishing attack player 1 should press 🔴 on the 2nd attack, now making it so that player 2 has to attempt super counter.. 😭😂💀 I know complicated but it really isn’t. The entire battle can be of you two simply super countering each other! Me and my friend did this for a few hours to build muscle memory and reaction speed because what’ll notice is you have to be fast to react to super counters or else you will take tons of damage. Probably the first Nano Banana Pro fully dependent product. People are exploring fonts, styles, tips & tricks, but most of all stoke. so cool to see! 2. Infographics 🎉- capture the true essence of your sources in a creative but informative single image. You can use the Custom prompt to also make amazing Worksheets to accompany a lesson! Tobi talked about it. Maybe we should make question and answer sheets a clear option 3. Custom Style prompting for Visual Overviews - direct access to the model... 4. Thinking UX! this one was a while coming but we're gonna roll out a mvp and get moving (hoho). More informative soon. 5. Longer custom personas. You can now go up to 5k chars instead of the previous measly 500.... If you need more, LMK. 6. a bit "bold", but the "create notebook +" button at the top of every notebook. this is the worst local ai will ever be. it only gets better from here. if you are not expanding your mind with these small models you are missing what's happening right now 99 percent tool call success rate. when steered well with the right skills and a framework like hermes agent the node becomes a cognition layer. not a chatbot. not a toy. an extension of how you think. i was cranking this node at 35 to 50 tok/s all day on personal experiments and now after all the work is done qwen 3.5 9B is iterating on its own code. the game it created. fixing its own bugs autonomously. and the part you should probably not miss is that all of this is happening on a RTX 3060. not an H100. not an A100. the card most of you have sitting in a drawer right now. if you just open that drawer and put that intelligence to work every tensor core on that card should be running for you. your work. your experiments. your thinking. you all have it but because nobody told you what this hardware can actually do in 2026 you never tried. the day it unlocks is the day you test your workload, understand the tradeoffs, debug the loops, and then decide if you need to scale the hardware. there is no point buying 3 mac studios when things done well you can squeeze a similar level of intelligence from 9B compared to 70B. but only when you create the right environment for your model through the right harness. and let me tell you i have tried claude code as a local harness. i have tried opencode. i have tried various others. somehow i landed on hermes agent and never left. there is something magical going on at Nous Research. the tool call parsers, the skills system, the way it handles small models natively. nothing else comes close for local inference. own your cognition. your AI. your agent. your prompts. your experiments. why give them away for free. those are who you are and they don't belong on someone else's servers being monitored. just give it a shot with your existing hardware. you run into a problem the community will help you. and if you are migrating from openclaw to hermes i will personally help you make the switch.

Today I had my first demo drive in a Tesla. It was also my first time ever sitting in one. This was the first car I’ve ever sat in the driver’s seat of where I didn’t touch the steering wheel for over 20 miles. Before I even got to the car, the people who had demoed it before me were an older married couple who were absolutely euphoric. They thought it was so cool that the car could drive itself. The Tesla employee told me this happens all the time. People come back from demo drives and tell the next test driver that they’re about to have an amazing experience. Little did I know, I’d end up carrying on the torch to the next couple demoing it after me. There was a ton of construction where I demoed the car, and FSD handled the entire drive extremely well. And yes, it can go through a drive-thru and stop at each window. The only thing I had to do was tap the pedal because it wouldn’t leave on its own, but it was still wild seeing the AI stop perfectly at the second window and wait. There are a million things I could write about why a Tesla feels like a better car and how much more it offers compared to a regular car. But for now, I’ll stick to FSD. There were only two moments that made me a little uneasy. The first was pretty minor. The car slightly hesitated going up a driveway, but quickly made up its mind. The second was more noticeable. I didn’t realize the car was nagging me. Once I touched the steering wheel, nothing happened, so I pulled it right a little harder, then let go. After that, the car turned left and crossed a double yellow on a backroad. (and yes I know you can sue the volume knob) I’m not totally sure if it was trying to pull over or what it was doing. I wanted to see how it would handle the situation, but there were cars coming, so I took over and corrected it. One of the coolest moments was when I thought FSD was glitching because it came to a complete stop in the middle of a busy road. Then I looked around and realized why. On the right side, there was a bicyclist waiting at a yellow crosswalk. The cars behind me didn’t honk, and the Tesla stopping actually incentivized another car in the right lane to stop and let him pass. The car is almost too nice to pedestrians, because 99.999% of humans would’ve blown through that, especially with no flashing light. For 99.9% of the drive, the car navigated confidently and smoothly. It was a real “feel the AGI” moment. Please do not let the media, the general public, or anyone else convince you that this technology is just some kind of auto assist or glorified cruise control. This is undoubtedly getting extremely close to feeling superhuman. You still have to pay attention to the road, but after experiencing it myself, I’d be shocked if HW4 Teslas aren’t unsupervised within the next couple years. The car was extremely smooth. There was no harsh braking, and it even avoided something in the road that I didn’t see. Driving with FSD made me realize I probably wasn’t driving as well as I could be. Hopefully, eventually, everyone’s car can be as mindful as a Tesla. I’ve never seen a brand so far removed from the public’s sentiment. I’m so happy I ordered one.
