I’m wondering if he has a camera in his shoe. Years ago, I caught a guy on an escalator pointing a camera up my skirt. The only reason I noticed was that the escalator only had a few people on it and he was right behind me. I turned around and saw it.

Women in the area need to be keeping pepper spray and a knife on them at all times. Set up solar powered security cameras around the outside of your homes with motion sensor lights as well. Always be aware of your surroundings.

Well, that’s escalating behavior. Most rapists/killers start as peeping toms, entering homes and stealing clothes/underwear. And doing shit like this. I hope he gets arrested soon, before he hurts someone. Terrifying situation!
