California has specific laws against the exploitation and abuse of disabled people. He needs to be arrested and subjected to enhanced punishment. This guy is a sexual predator.

Do we know if she has water or needs anything? Any update on her wellbeing? That guy will get his but I am concerned for her.

I sincerely hope anybody else who has been assaulted by him can utilize this video if they press charges. He seems too well-versed for this to be his first offense.
