3 feet in bounds it’s a touchdown. However I’m right there with you. That Calvin no touchdown I’ll never get over that.

IMO receiver had total control of the ball and got 3 steps in before it was knocked out. This is a catch and then the defender just smacking it out after the play is blown dead due to the TD.

So if a receiver is going to the ground after taking three steps and drops it, he didn’t survive the ground, but this counts?

I mean, three steps and a toe drag is a catch. That being said, you’ll still never convince me that two feet down being touched and a knee down isn’t completing the process
